Sumitra is going all gaga crazy about Anandi's visit.
Sumitra-( tells Gehna) i think we should go to the market to get all arrangement ready for my Daughter's first visit home after a very long time,and she is coming with their new son-in-law..what do you think?
Gehna- Jiji, am happy to see you this excited after a long time. Since Anandi left, you've not been yourself. am glad you are happy.
Sumitra- how do you think i feel living without my child for so long. any mother will not be happy if what happened with Anandi, happens to their own daughter. Gehna, i know Anandi has been i strong girl since she was small, but i know how hard it has been for her when she left her family. because of Jagya and that girl.
Gehna- "Jiji, you need to make peace with your heart and stop calling her "that girl" even it is not for Jagya, but for your grand daughters.
Sumitra- they (GaGa)broke my daughter's heart with no excuss or apology for that i will never forgive them untill i see that my daughter is finally happy with my own eyes.
Gehna- Thank God she to coming tomorrow. i know you are going to feel alot better after seeing her. let me make the list of things to get at the Market. (she leaves)
Sumitra- (talking to herself) Am going to see my child tomorrow. i still remember her best food and brink. i will make to best...(talking happily.
Jagya coming back from walk heard her.and thinks to himself (It been very long since i've seen my mom this happy).. i dont want to see Anandi and her visitor. i will not be home.
Jagya enters his room and sees gauri folding her clothes.
Jagya- i can see you are feeling better
Gauri- yeah, am looking the priya's number's phone number, she told me once told me about one good doctor she knows and now I've lost her number. I wanted to check if she still has the doctors number.
Jagya- oh really? with i smile...i think that will really help.
Gauri- how was the hospital today?
Jagya- i dont get it, the villagers seems to be going to the other new hospital not ours.
Gauri- dont worry things will get better
Jagya- am just of frustrated!
Gauri- have you eaten?
Jagya- no, but i will go and get some food. ma'a just keep the food before going to the market
Gauri- market?
Jagya- yeah, i heard her talking about Anandi's coming and stuf.
Gauri- looks mad. what does she want to come and do here
Jagya- to see the family, what else? you were there when she told mom about her coming.
Gauri- i know she coming over to show off
Jagya- why are you saying that? have you forgotten this family is very close to her?
Gauri- oh now you are supporting her?
Jagya- who is talking about supporting anybody? am just saying Anandi is like family here? her visit should mean any harm to you.
Gauri- family? she is not family! she is your child bride...and you calling her family just tells me you still like her, you...
Jagya- Gauri!
Gauri- dont tell since we saw her last, you've not been thinking about her. you dont even look at me the way you used to.
Jagya- Anandi was just my friend, i told you that! i've been telling you this for many years now.
Gauri- how am i suppose to believe that? you've lied to me before for 6 years!
Jagya- if you dont trust me, then why did you marry me?
Gauri- i thought you love me and you are going to change
Jagya- and i still love you! stop acting like a kid for once!
Gauri- who is a kid? you! its you who is the kid! you dont know what love is. you are a lier and a cheat!
Jagya- you know what, i had a bad day, i dont wanna do this right now(he walks out)
Gauri- Jagat! Jagat!!!! come back here...
Dev gets home.
Mom (british, beautiful and wearing a saree)...
Mom- Dev! is that you ?
Dev- yeah mom!
(Dev come in holding his mom from behind and she smiles) what are you doing? watching soup oprah?...(laughing)
Mom- yeah yeah yeah laugh! but i was told by a lady at the market, if i want to know the culture i should watch indian soup.
Dev- so what is the leson today?
Mom- i dont get it? why is that Rashi girl hurt and other little wife (GOPI) and all the famil dont know?...the whole family most be bumb!
Dev- mom, that because its soup...real life, indian people are smart
Mom- i should know, i married one...(laughing) speaking of marriage, i see you look happy today, any meeting with Anandi?
Dev- i am not talking!
Mom- well, your face is talking! ...so wear a mask!
Dev- am hungry!
Mom- i made ...khe...kh
Dev- Kheer?
Mom- yeah that!
Dev- and dad eat that? waw he most really be in love (laughing)
Mom- stop making fun of me...am learning right?...
Dev-yeah mom, dont worry Anandi is coming. she will teach you everything you need to know
Mom- i can just wait for her...such a nice girl.
Dev- good eyes!!!!!! i tell you, good eyes!!!!!!! your son got just that.
mom- yeah yeah yeah...but you have to eat to kheer before going to bed
Dev- i said good eye not mouth! .(laughing)..okay bring it on!...
Anandi back at home thinking about Dev...(he came in slowly and caress her face. she's blushing ...he wispers sweet words in her ears and she smiles and ran way..(nice, soft romantic song playing). Suddenly she snaps out of it and say to herself...Anandi, men are users! you need to be strong! but god! i cant take in another heart break again. I am just going to marry him...i dont want to fall so deep and have another broken heart. God! i made your help...he is so kind, and funny, and fun, and sweet and romantic, and i am fallin...(smiling/ dreamy)...but i am not going to fall for this again!(looks determined)
men are evil...just like Jagya!
