Why should Bhairon allow his son to stay in the house at all? He can ask him to go back to the city with his new wife and not to show his stupid face again. And Sumitra also must do that. Otherwise all their so called love for Anandi is fake in front of their partiality for their wayward son who is using every trick in the book to get his way.
Gauri will always be the other woman. Usually it is the other woman who gets all the love from the man. And Gauri even wants to steal the family from Anandi. A big thief.
We are all easily discussing about Anandi's education. Anandi is facing trauma because of losing Jagya to the other woman and also other in the family in course of time. Is it possible to concentrate on studies in that frame of mind? Atleast the family must retain her in the house and boot out Jagya and Gauri. With their education, they can live anywhere comfortably.
On the otherhand Gauri has everything. A professional education. A loving spouse. And also a confused family who may accept her.
So Gauri has built her dream house on the ruins of another woman's shattered dreams.
As it is there is no outrage on Sumitra's face. Only confusion. Bhairon is all words and no real action when the time comes. Dadisa conveniently gets sick so that Anandi is once again has no real support.
