A TWIST IN TIME !

Well Bairi Piya had to be an absolutely abysmal show for it to be taken of air in it? Well in fact it was; the cast didn't have the required talent, even in the beginning the serial started losing viewers the cause of this?

Sharad Kelkar did not perform the character of Thakur Digvijay SIngh Barodia very well , Supriya Kumari wasn't able portray Amoil :she was outrageous .This show did not even present any social problem of poor famers and their way of life. Bairi Piya 's sets were cheap and didn't appeal to its audience and so nobody wanted to watched it.

However, this not true the fact that the owner of Colors of must have been 'half drunk' when they decided to take the show of air.

All the 'negative' points I have raised on the first two paragraphs must have been in minds of the brainless Colors owners when the only idea of taking the show of air was a not a realistic thought. Ha! They must have been sleeping away in Neverland under a warm Indian night, under the starts, sleeping like little children ' young and not considering the pain of others. Wait !. But hang-on! I swear they are supposed to be the adults with emotion, and having the responsibly of caring for people around them .I am not right? Well I thought most of you would agree with me , thumbs -up guys !! so why don't they act like adults and at least try to understand our feels .Like come on some of us are dying literally like even some are probably so cooped up in saving the show as well as the forum.

When Ekta, Colors and Balaji had finally created the ultimate serial which shocked and caught the heart of many people why create a train wreck and destroy all? Basically there was no point of filming and putting the actors through hours and hours endlessly rehearsing for the 'Final Curtain Call' this is hogwash.

Now, look here guess what the funny thing is kkk which was supposed to be Color's 'show topper' is now turning into a major FLOP .In it-fact since the pull of so many great serials Colors channel is losing its 'lime light.' Quickly but surely it will be back to where is started before .Nowhere. Unknown. And un-watched! So come-on people of colors bring back our Bairi Piya! You basically are killing the soul of millions of crazy fan who would go to any extremes to get the show BACK!!

Finally I would want to ask you guys out there and the owners of colors what actually made fan what to watch the show?

And what was with-in that show that was the central of crazy addicted fans?

SK didn't perform well , the character of DV??where did that come from ???in colors dumb minds??? all i know is , colors pulled off their one of the best shows. Barii piya attracted the viewers bcoz of its change story , awesome and power packed performances by lead pair. there are many shows who claim to be different but indeed , the follow the saas bahu saga and kitchen politics at some point or other , bairi piya was the only show (by ekta) where it didn't happen .. though the last track was pathetic.

it was character of DV, his obsession , his craziness that i loved (note:its reel life) and it got me hooked. and story was appealing too .

Wonderrrrrrrrrrrfully presented, zanraj! 👏👍🏼 U reaaaaaaalllly scared the daylights out of me, with the 1st 2 paras! 😵 That was certainly A REAL TWIST, coz I even started doubting ur loyalty to BP! 😳 HAHAHA! 🤣😆

BP was undoubtedly a very catchy show & brought out the Mastermind that Ekta Kapoor & BT can showcase to their loyal viewers, as a grrrrrrrrrrrr8 Masterpiece of a show, which dealt with such bold issues which were never ever shown on Indian Television before. And it also succeeded in bringing out the actor in Sharad Kelkar to a grrrrrrrrrrrr8 extent. I have seen him in Saat Phere too, but can say without any doubt whatsoever that he has progressed miles & miles, and with leaps & bounds in acting, from where he stood earlier during SP days! 😃 His acting in the role of the character of Thakur Digvijay Singh was soooooooooo natural, it gave many a time, the creeps to me, whenever I saw him & his treachorous & devious, very contrasting character portrayal , initially! 😕🤢 But this role, with all his junoon & deewangi for Amoli, made me truly like to watch the show day by day, just to catch a glimpse of him & watch his superbbbbbbbbbbbb acting as well. And not to 4g8 Supriya Kumari, she too has progressed a long way in her acting skills, which really came out through her portrayal of Amoli. Her excellently executed expressions, reactions, timing etc. left me spellbound! 😳 And later, the amazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzing chemistry displayed by the two, left me even more mesmerized😳 & just couldn't hold myself back from running to my T.V. set 5 mts. to 8:30pm, so I could be right on time, to watch BP & catch the two together!☺️😛

It's amazing that such a show which has left millions like me from around the world, mesmerized & spellbound, was abruptly pulled off-air & that too, for the mere excuse of adjusting timings for such a hopeless show like KKK3! 😡 Now Colors is truly learning their lesson, when they're left with nothing but mere re-runs of all their prime time shows & such silly shows such as KKK3, and gradually moving towards the drain! 😆🤪

If such a boring showing like Bhagyavidaatha which was always much lower in TRPs compared to Bairi Piya, and also was at the verge of being pulled off-air, can get an extension with even a leap in the storyline, then why this treatment meted out towards BP?😕😡 BP surely deserves a second chance through a Sequel then, without any doubt. So Ekta, don't u think it's HIGH TIME u heard us out & brought us back BP with a Sequel? This is just the perrrrrrrrrfect time to do so when so many shows r being pulled off-air from Colors, consecutively! 😃

Interesting article. I think Colors has lost its mind. The adults in charge must have given the authority to their sons and daughters to destroy the channel. That is the only reason for it go downhill. Beyond studpidity of Colors.

I loved BP for the simple fact that it showcased a man so crazy in love that he would do anthing for the lady he loved. We have many serials when both are madly in love or fall in love gradually. But here, it showed love one sided and the extent of that love. And then finally convincing Amoli to fall in love with him later through change. DV is a true lover.

very good article zanraj...yes even i was shocked to read 1st and 2nd paras.

Ofcourse Bhagyavidhata is the most boring show but Bairi Piya had a unique story completely different from other shows and brilliant performance of sk and sk and their chemistry was awesome that made me love this show. Colors did a horrible mistake by taking BP off even i heard that laado is also taking a leap of 20yrs then as precious said even our show could have continued ...No!!! we can't accept this we want Bairi Piya back on screen as soon as possible..
