Actually, Reeti's father made a deal with Vibhor. Vbhor's family business was in trouble and they were in danger of being taken over. So, Sitaram told Vibhor that he would help him if he married Reeti. So, Vibhor felt exploited into marrying Reeti and that's his problem.
