Part 3

Time flies by,

Ram is carrying Pihu.

Ram: Next week Pihu is turning one! My Princess... And Priya is coming back in 4 months. These 4 months seems 4 years. Come quick Priya, see how fast our daughter is growing up.

Ram looks at Pihu plays with Ram's hair. Ram smiles.

It starts to rain heavily. Pihu giggles and claps.

Ram: Aapko baarish dekhni hai?

Ram brings Pihu near to the window and both father-daughter duo look at the rain happily.

Ram: You know beta yeh best mausam hai.

Pihu smiles.

On other hand,

Priya is looking at the window as it is raining.

Priya: Baarish...

Ram: Aapko feel karni hai?

Ram takes Baby Pihu's little palms and slowly makes her feel the rain droplets a bit .

Priya also feels the rain droplets through the window.

Pihu starts giggling a lot and chuckles. She enjoys the rain a lot.

Ram: Baas yeh enough hai. Agar aap sick ho jaugi tab aap ka mumma mujhe bohot dategi.

Ram takes a napkin and wipes Pihu's little hands.

Ram: Jab aab thodi baadi honge ne tab hum saath mai baarish mai bhenge okay! Abhi aap bohot choti ho.

Priya: Mr Kapoor abhi baarish mai bheeg rahe honge.

Ram: Pata hai beta aap ka Papa loves Baarish. But maine apne aap ko promise kiya hai jab tak aap ki Mumma wapas nahi aati tab tak Papa baarish mai nahi bheegnge.

Priya: Pata nahi Pihu kya kar rahi hogi abhi.

Pihu: Pa..pa...

Ram gets surprised hearing this.

Ram: Kya kahan apne abhi?!

Pihu: Pa...pa...

Ram: Did you say Papa?! Oh God!

Ram emotionally hugs Pihu and kisses her.

Ram: I wish you were here Priya. I can imagine the emotions and happiness in your eyes when you hear Pihu saying her first words. I am sorry that you could not be there.

Ram looks at the rain.

Priya: It is raining now that means something good is going to happen.

Priya smiles.

In Jail,

Priya is checking the papers of the students and

Ram came to visit Priya.

Ram: Busy ho?

Priya: Mr Kapoor...

Priya rushes as she sees Ram. She smiles.

Priya: Voh aaj maine students ka test liya tha toh voh script check kar rahi thi.

Ram: Priya you are okay right?!

Priya nods.

Priya: Mr Kapoor how is Pihu?! She is turning one in 4 days time! Can't believe it's been almost a year since our Pihu was born.

Ram: I have planned a party for her. All pink and whatever Pihu likes. But I am sorry I can't plan the best party for her.

Priya: Why are you saying this?! I know you very well. You are Pihu's dad you will organize the best party for her!

Ram: How can it be the best party without her mother?

Priya: It's my bad luck that I will be missing my daughter's first birthday.

Ram feels bad he thinks of something.

Ram: Priya... I have a surprise for you!

Priya: Kya Mr Kapoor birthday Pihu ki aane wali hai aur surprise mujhe de rahe ho?!

Ram: Tumhari birthday nahi hai toh tumhe surprise nahi de sakta hoon. Yeh kya logic hai. Aur haan Pihu ki Mumma ko surprise de raha hoon.

Priya: Kaisa surprise?!

Ram: Ek second.

Ram dials the phone. Brinda picks it up.

Ram: Bri...Pihu is she awake?!

Brinda: Yes she is! She is playing with Adi.

Ram: Can you pass her the phone?! Pihu ko apne Mumma se baath karwana hai.

Brinda: Okay sure Jaan.

Brinda moves the phone to Pihu.

Brinda: Pihu Princess dekho kaun hai...

Pihu looks at the phone. She touches the phone.

Pihu: Mumma...

Priya gets emotional hearing this.

Priya: Am I hearing it right?! Pihu...

Ram nods.

Pihu: Mumma...

Priya cant believe it.

Priya: I love you my angel.

Pihu gives a kissie to her mom on phone. Priya kisses and places her hand on the phone. Pihu has a bright smile on her face.

Priya: Bilkul Mr Kapoor pe gayi hai.

Priya smiles seeing Pihu playing and clapping. And also her walking so cutely around the house and Adi chasing her.

Priya: Brinda thank you so much for taking care of her and helping Mr Kapoor.

Brinda: No worries Priya. We all, especially Pihu and Ram we are waiting for you. You will come soon and then you will enjoy with your husband and daughter.

Priya nods.

Priya: Mr Kapoor Pihu...Pihu ne Mumma bulaya mujhe! I am so happy! Meri bachi badi ho rahi hai! She can talk now!

Ram nods.

Priya: Aur apne dekha kitni cute tarike se she was walking around the house.

Ram smiles.

Priya: Mr Kapoor when she said her first word?!

Ram: 3 days ago. It was raining that night I was showing Pihu the rain and then she said her first words, Papa..

Priya: Mujhe pata tha uss din kuch acha hone wala hai aur voh hi hua.

Ram nods.

Priya: Mr Kapoor give my Princess the best birthday. I trust you for this.

Ram: I will fulfill your promise. I will try my best.

Ram goes.

4 days later

In Kapoor Mansion,

It is Pihu's first birthday. And Ram has organized a lavish party for her. It was fully pink theme. Pink balloons, strawberry cake, pink wrapped gifts, pink goodies, pink cupcakes and everyone wore pink.

Ram: I wish you were here Priya...you would have been so happy and also taunted me for spending extra...

It was time for cake cutting. Brinda brought baby Pihu who was wearing a cute pink frock and a had a crown on her head and was holding a wand.

Sandy: Areh vah yeh frock toh bohot pretty hai!

Brinda: I know right so cute Pihu is looking in this! Ram got this!

Sara is quiet.

Brinda: What happened Sara why are you worried?

Sara: Actually the thing is... when I and Priya we were teenagers, we would do window shopping a lot. Then, Priya told me that if she had a daughter she will buy her the most beautiful dress on her first birthday. She said it was one of her wishes. She doesnt have very much wishes usually.

Sandy and Brinda feels bad for Priya.

Ram comes there.

Sandy: That means Dii wont be able to fulfill this wish of hers?!

Ram: Who said that Priya's wish won't be fulfilled !

Sara: Ram actually...

Ram: I know about it Sara Dii.

Sara: You know!!

Ram: Sorry for eavesdropping but the dress you all were talking about who do you think it was from?!

Sara: From you.

Brinda: Wait so do you mean this is from Priya?

Ram nods.

Sara: But how is it possible?!

Ram: Voh when I met Priya that day she told me her wish of buying Pihu's dress for her first birthday. Then I got this idea ...online shopping. In this way Priya can choose the dress and it was shipped within a day. And Priya paid for it with what she earned while teaching students in jail.

Brinda: Wah kya pretty dress choose kiya Priya ne Pihu ke liye.

Sandy: I didn't know Dii's choice was good in selecting dresses.

Ram: Now Bri pass Pihu to me. Everyone's waiting for her.

Ram takes Pihu and goes downstairs.

In party,

Everyone was in awe seeing such the cute birthday girl Pihu. They pulled her cheeks. Pihu liked it at first and then got annoyed with the extra attention. Nandini wished Pihu Happy Birthday and gave her a gift, which was a beautiful bracelet.

Ram: This is so beautiful Mom!

Ram makes Pihu wear it.

Nandini: I did this so that people won't ask me questions. I had to give her something as I am her Dadi, though I am her step grandmother.

Ram feels bad hearing the word step.

Nandini continues attending the guest.

It was cake cutting time

Everyone sang happy birthday and Ram helped Pihu cut the cake. Pihu was moody but didn't bother anyone much. Ram fed her the cake and she ate the cake.

After party,

Pihu: Pa pa..

Ram: Aap ko kaisa laga birthday party Princess.

Baby Pihu makes a grumpy face.

Ram: Aap ko acha nahi laga?!

Pihu nods no.

Ram: Gift kholna hai?

Pihu nods no.

Pihu is signalling towards Ram's phone touching it.

Ram: Aap ko iphone chaye.

Pihu annoyed nods no!

Ram: Iss baat pe aap bilkul apne Mumma pe gaye ho. Aap bhi apne Mumma ke tadha no!

Pihu makes faces and nods yes this time.

She touches the phone.

Pihu: Mumma...

Ram gets it.

Ram: Of course I will get you to talk with your Maa! How could I not?! Tarun yaar kahan reh gaya!

Pawan came immediately and placed the cake and then goes.

Ram: (to Pihu) I got this cake specially just for three of us and nobody else.

Pihu claps.

Ram video calls Priya.

Priya: Pihu...

Pihu: Mumma...

Priya: Meri Bachi! Happy birthday!

Pihu touches the phone.

Ram: Chalo cake cut karte hai.

Ram and Priya sings happy birthday. Pihu was enjoying this birthday much much more and clapped. Ram fed Pihu a small piece of cake , and another one.

Priya: Yeh mumma ke taraf se.

Pihu gives her Mumma kissie.

Priya: Pihu baby Mumma has to go now. And Mumma loves you a lot. May you get all the happiness of this world I will always wish this.

Ram: Priya come back to us soon.

Priya: I will...

They had to cut the call, as the inspector gave only 5 minutes.

Ram: Princess now are you happy!

Pihu smiles and nods.

Ram: I wish you were here with us Priya. Then it would have definately been our Pihu's best birthday!

Tears escape from Ram's eyes. Pihu goes to her Papa and wipes his tears.

Pihu: Papa...

Ram smiles and hugs Pihu.

Ram: My Princess...

4 months later,

There is some preparations going on in Kapoor Mansion.

Shubham: Make sure everything is done perfectly.

Tarun nods and continues doing the preparation.

Nandini: Koyi ane wala hai kya?!

Shubham: Voh Priya Bhabi is getting released from the jail today.

Nandini: Why is she coming back here?!

Shubham: Mom, Bhabi will obviously come here!

Cmon!

Shubham: And Tarun make sure all Bhabi's fav dishes are prepared.

Tarun nods.

Nandini: Have you lost your mind Shubhu?! You are preparing to welcome that lady because of whom your sister isn't in this world anymore!

Shubham: Mom it was an accident. Priya Bhabi ne yeh jaan bujke nahi kiya. It's not her fault and she already served her sentence in the jail. If it was anyone else in her place, they would have easily escaped the punishment.

Nandini: Why are you doing this?! And Ram...he is your step-brother so Priya and Pihu they are nobody to us!

Shubham: Mom so much bitterness. And let me get this straight. Jo kuch bhi hua, voh nahi hona chaye tha. We all know what happened that day, you know it very well. Why did Shivina suddenly wanted to leave and why she got so stubborn and aggresive?! It was my idea, I had told Shivina ke jo bhi hojaye just leave from there and Akshay may follow her.

Nandini looks at Shubham angrily.

Shubham: Honestly jo kuch bhi hua, losing our Shivi, Priya Bhabi going to jail and Pihu spending her initial days without her mom, technically it was all my fault. Mujhe iss baat ka guilt aaj tak hai. They didnt deserve this! And I will do anything to make sure Priya Bhabi and Pihu doesn't face any more problems.

Shubham goes away from there. Nandini gets annoyed.

Nandini: I won't let you live peacefully here Priya. I will remind you everyday that because of you I don't have my daughter anymore.

Outside police station,

Ram is waiting outside to pick Priya up. Pihu is with him.

Ram: Pihu...baby you know your mom is going to back after 2 years. And then three of us can stay happily together yay!

Pihu: Mumma...

Ram: Yes yes your Mumma is coming now. But where is she?!

Ram looks to see where is Priya. Just then someone enters. It is as if a ray of hope entered in Ram and Pihu's life.

It was Priya... in her normal outfit and no longer wearing those white and blue strips saree. She had wore her nupital chain, had sindoor on her hairline and also wore the two bangles.

She walked towards them happily a faint smile while Ram and Pihu looked at her.

Pihu: Mumma...

Priya: Meri bachi...

Priya takes Pihu from Ram and hugs her. She closes her eyes and feels the moment. After 16 months, she finally held her daughter close to her. She was so lost in that moment.

Ram smiled looking at the mother-daughter duo.

Priya pecked her daughter's cheek and showered her with kisses.

Priya: I am sorry beta, Mumma aap ko kabhi bhi akela nahi choregi. It's my promise.

Priya does pinky promise with Pihu and Pihu giggles.

Ram: Vah beti ko milne ke baath pati ko bhul gayi.

Ram makes faces.

Priya: Mr Kapoor...aap ko kaise bhul sakti ho mai.

Ram: I know.

Ram and Priya shares a hug.

Ram: I am sooo happy today Priya! Finally...

Priya nods.

As they are talking, Pihu starts crying.

Priya: Kya hua meri bacchi ko!! Oho!

Priya and Ram tries to stop her. Pihu pulls Priya's hair and Priya is confused. She holds her rubber band and opens it. Pihu starts laughing.

Ram: Pihu ko bhi tumhari baande hua baal se dar ti hai heheh..

Priya: Aap ki beti hai na isliye!

Ram: Let's go Priya everyone is waiting for us.

Priya: Where?

Ram: Humare ghar aur kahan...

Ram walks and Priya stops.

Ram: Rukh kyun gaye?!

Priya: Will it be right for me to go?! Nandini Aunty...

Ram: Priya....kuch nahi hoga. Haan Maa thoda upset hai but she will be alright.

Ram holds Priya's hand and assured her everything will be fine. Priya smiled.

Ram: Let's go Pihu ki Mummy.

Priya: Thik hai Pihu ka Daddy Cool.

Ram smiles.

At Kapoor Mansion,

Ram comes there with Pihu. He sees Priya standing behind and not going in.

Ram: Priya...kuch nahi hoga...aa jao aandar.

Priya walks in slowly. Everyone smiles seeing this

except for Nandini.

Brinda: Welcome back Priya!

Brinda hugs Priya.

Sandy: Pri Dii!!!

Sandy hugs Priya. Maitri and Sara also came. They join the hug. The four sisters join the hug.

Sara: I am seeing you after so long...

Maitri: Dii aap thik ho?!

Priya nods.

Shubham: Welcome back Bhabi!

Priya was surprised to see Shubham welcoming her nicely.

Adi: Finally Ghar ki Laxmi ne ghar ke andar pravesh kiya...

Nandini: Ek convict ghar ki laxmi kabhi nahi ban sakti hai...

Priya gets hurt hearing this.

Ram: Mom aap Priya se aise kaise baat kar sakte ho ! Biwi hai meri!

Nandini: Aur tumhari behen ki khooni bhi!

Nandini goes away from there angrily.

Ram: Mom!! No!

Priya: I am tired. I am going to take some rest.

Priya feels bad and she leaves from there.

Ram: Sara Dii keep Pihu with you for a while.

Sara nods.

Ram goes to console Priya.

Ram: Priya...

Priya: Mr Kapoor... it was a wrong decision for me to come here.

Ram: No Priya... Priya you are my wife and you will stay here. And I apologise for whatever mom said just now.

Priya: Why are you apologising? Nandini Aunty ne kuch galat nahi kahan. Meri wajah se Shivi ki jaan chali gayi. Mai hoon Shivi ki khooni.

Ram: Priya...you have not done it purposely...How many times do I say this yaar?! It was a mishap! Kisi ke saath bhi ho sakta tha yeh!

Priya: Mr Kapoor...you will be able to live with your sister's killer?! Won't you think everyday that this woman was the one who killed your sister!

Ram: First of all Priya you have not done it purposely, it was an accident. And you have done so much for us. You are the reason why I am alive. You are the reason why Shivi got to marry the love of her life. You are the reason why bad people cannot harm our family because you are there to protect us. You are strong and very brave Priya. There is a reason why we all love you!

Priya hugs Ram and cries her heart out. She had vented out whatever she had in her heart for two years. She needed someone to cry to, she had nobody in jail. Ram tries to console her. He wipes her tears and kisses her on her forehead.

Priya also kisses his hand.

They come close and look at each other. They missed each other a lot for a very long time they were not together physically , Ram comes close to kiss her. They share a kiss and then they share some moment. They get lost in the moment and they both start to get intimate. They missed this moments a lot for the last 2 years. As they were about to bring it to bed, they get interrupted by a knock.

Priya and Ram adjust their clothes and Ram goes to open the door.

It was Adi and Brinda.

Adi: Ram, all okay?!

Brinda: Ram, Priya you both okay?

They both nod.

Pihu: Mumma...

Brinda: Dekho Priya your daughter wants to come to you.

Priya takes Pihu from Brinda.

Priya: Meri Pihu...

Priya and Ram plays with Pihu. Brinda smiles seeing this and takes a picture of the trio.

At night,

Flashback,

Shivina: Mujhe jaana hai iss ghar se.

Priya: Nahi Shivina maat jao.

Ishaan: Please Shivina Mami, I am sorry.

Shivina: You have made things difficult for me!

Shivina and Ishaan argues and Shivina goes to hit Ishaan with vase so Priya stops her but accidentally shoves her, due to which Shivina fells down from the stairs.

Priya: Shivina!!!!

Priya wakes up from her sleeep!

Priya: Shivina!!!!

Ram wakes up hearing Priya scream and sees her taking deep breath. She hears those voices again and she puts her hands to cover her ears and close her eyes.

Priya: Nahi!!

Priya: Shivina please mat jao...

Priya: Shivina..

Ram: Priya...Priya..

Ram shakes Priya and she gets back to her senses.

Ram: Kuch nahi hua okay...Ek bura sapna tha yeh...

Ram pours a glass of water and makes Priya drink it.

Priya: Maine jaan bujh ke nahi kiya...

Ram: I know...I know..

Ram hugs Priya to give her comfort.

He makes her lie down and pats her on her head to get her to sleep.

Just then Pihu wakes up from sleep and cries.

Priya: Pihu...ro rahi hai...

Ram: Don't worry...I am here...

Ram takes Pihu in one hand and pats her to get her back to sleep and he carrases Priya's hair with his other hand. Soon, both the mother-daughter fall asleep. He looks at them both lovingly.

Ram keeps Pihu in her baby cot. He looks at Priya.

Ram: (in his mind) Priya is sooo much guilty...This is much more serious than I thought....

Ram recalled how she panicked just now and he felt so bad.

Ram: (in his mind) I have to do something...

Awesome and mind-blowing update now it's high time ram should know truth about nandani and shubham and should punish them as shubham is feeling guilty ram can forgive him but nandani should not be forgiven continue soon

Enjoyed reading the updates! I wish the show had taken this route but truth be told this is too good to be true and we know in ITV makers love to add ghee to the fire rather than extinguish it. Loved how positive Shubhu is and he will be a great chacha to Pihu. I hope Shubhu turns positive in the show as well. Nandu - I want that woman to be punished. So I hope there is no redemption for her. She never loved Ram from day one. Waiting to know what happens next.

Such a different line of thought here, with Shubham being sweet to Pihu.

Loved all the First moments that you tried to bring in for Pihu & the impact on PriRa....and the Friends being ever so supportive

I love the way you are showing how papa is being responsible and taking care of baby Pihu. They never show such concept where dad had to do all. It’s kawya mom who take cares of baby alone. But I love the way you wrote this. ♥️🥰😍
