I think Ram will come to know about Viper's planning and plotting. We are yet to see what discussion between the two. That will give us a hint how nd why she left.

I also think the MUs between Raya is not related to Viper -- this is their own "roothna manana."

No Ram will not know about Vedika's true color. He will get rid of her so that Priya will not feel insecure. Also Vedika questioning Akki in the Kangan kaand may make Ram lose his cool. It was Vedika who did the same with Anjali kaand. So he may ask her not to interfere in his family matters. It will be he and Priya unveiling the true colors of Vedika.
