I agree with you. Ram is in 2 boats because before the hug scene he takes Vedika and Priya's names together. Kisko sambaloon dialogue. In his head, Ram thinks he loves Vedika, in his heart, he loves Priya. This will continue till the head and heart are in sync. Even after the accident scene, we can see the BTS were Ram and Vedika are together. 20 yrs is a long time buddy

For all his self-professed feminism Ram is quite patriarchal, in a nice benevolent, not controlling, way. Thats why he takes his brotherly protection of Shivi & Sandy too far & sees it as his duty to provide for Priya. But it also means he is sensitive to encroaching men like Neeraj. I even gave him the benefit of doubt that he was drunk, but when Brinda and party came he was so normal. Toh he was totally in his senses. This is just plain stupid. Instead of Akki-Anjali, this kind of track should be shown for Ram-Vedika who are actually doing it. Vedika might be a vamp, but Ram is not good either. Vedika is only succeeding, because Ram is letting her get close to him. Emotional fool nahi banda bht tez hai, ex and wife dono ke maze le raha hai! 👎🏼

And now even seeing the decorations in the room and the incidences of Vedika trying to get close to Ram, Brinda and Kunal could have easily told him what Vedika is trying to do! Pata nahi kya hi friends hai jo kuch batate bhi nahi. Woh party mein video wali story toh close hi ho gayi, had it been villains' plans, woh kabke succeed ho chuke hote. Bht hi dheele positive characters hai show ke.

Yes, he allowed her to close the door, allowed her to clasp his hands, and on top of that when the door opened, he got scared, got up, and let go of his hands from Vedika as if he was expecting Priya. Regarding his friends, I think they have given up on him. They still think he loves Vedika, so their entire motto is to get Priya close to Ram. In the earlier episodes, they tried a lot. In those times, Vedika was not bad, they had more issues with Shashi
