Niharika is sitting in her room, completely stunned to know that Natasha patched up with her in-laws after what had happened and things seem ok between Ram and Priya, that Priya is back in KM. She is utterly confused when Sid and Mamaji enter her room.
Sid: Come on Mom lets celebrate.
Mamaji: Arey Haan Bhai, kitna vadda kaam kiya aaj Sid ne. Aaj celebration toh banti Hai.
Niharika: My foot celebration. Natasha is back in her in-laws place and apparently, she apologized too. Priya is back in KM, our plan didn't work.
Sid: Kya? Nuts ne maafi maangi? After all this?
Niharika: Abhi Priya ne bataya mujhe.
Mamaji: Kuch toh gadbad Hai sisterji, Priya waapas kaise?
While all the three are puzzled, Ram who is listening to the conversation outside, walks in suddenly.
Ram: Maa
Niharika: Tum soye nahi Ram?
Ram: Nahi maa, woh mujhe Choti Ki chinta ho rahi thi aur, Priya aagayi Hai, toh kamre Mein ghutan si lagrahi thi. Guest bedroom Mein Vikram aur Neha Hai, I have no option.
Niharika: I understand Ram, but take rest, we can discuss about Nuts in the morning.
Ram leaves and Niharika is happy that at least things between Ram and Priya are not normal and she can handle Nuts to leverage the situation in her favor.

Ram enters his bedroom to see Priya changed and waiting for him. He locks the door, turns the light off in the bedroom and comes to bed.
Priya: Done?
Ram: Yes, did you get a chance to speak to Vikram and Neha?
Priya: Yes, I told them everything, kal subah shuru hogi humari plan- "If you can't convince them, confuse them.
Ram: Good. Now that one major obstacle has been dealt with, I am tired mentally, can I get some love?
Ram gets closer to Priya, seals her lips with his, with a sense of urgency. He slowly calms down, takes her hands, places one on his hair and the other on his heart. Priya strokes his hair gently and moves close enough to kiss him on the forehead, before she can kiss him on the lips, Ram is fast asleep. Priya smiles to herself and drifts off to sleep.

Next morning, Vikram and Neha get ready and go down to have breakfast, noticing that Ram and Priya haven't yet come, Vikram indicates to Neha to check on Priya and see to it that she gets down before others come for breakfast.
Priya gets ready and wakes Ram.
Priya: Ram, utho.
Ram: Hhmmm.
Priya: Hhmmm nahi utho, main neeche jaa rahi hoon, come down and we will start executing our plan.
Ram: Haan aa raha hoon. Listen Priya.
Priya: Ji?
Ram: I love you.
Priya: Thank you.
Ram gets slightly irritated that she said thank you and did not reciprocate, though he knows she was kidding, still it bothered him a little. He decided to get even with her later and goes to get ready.
Vikram: Good morning Priya. Ram kahan Hai?
Niharika and Mamaji enter the dining area. Dadi and Rishab are already present.
Priya: Good morning, he was still sleeping when I left the room.
Neha: Tumne jagaya nahi?
Priya: Mujhe pagal kutte ne nahi kaata Hai, Ki main Mr. Kapoor ko uthane jaon, waise bhi tumhara dost Hai na Vikram, why don't you go check on him?
Dadi: Aise Kyun baat kar rahi ho tum Priya, mere golu ke baare Mein?
Niharika and Mamaji are extremely happy with Priya's reaction.
Priya: Nahi toh Kya kahoon dadi, main kuch bhi karti hoon toh unhe gussa hi aata Hai.
Ram comes down and sees Priya standing there and walks off towards the study and asks Vikram to join him there for breakfast.
Niharika and Mamaji getting very excited, but not sure what conspired between these two.
Ram and Vikram, finish their breakfast. Ram goes to his room, not finding Priya there, shouts for her to come to the room at once. Everyone except Priya, Neha and Vikram, assumed Ram and Priya are fighting.
Priya goes upstairs with a frown on her face, which is noticed by all.
Priya enters the room, doesn't find Ram there, enters the changing room, to be pulled to a corner by Ram and closes the door.
Priya: Overact Kyun kar rahe Hain?
Ram: Main actually gussa hoon.
Priya: Kyun? Maine aisa Kya kiya?
Ram: Subah Maine I love you kahan toh you replied thank you? Who does that?
Priya: Oh that. Woh toh main aapko neeche ke liye prepare kar rahi thi.
Ram: Really?
Ram holding her against the wall, starts to kiss on her neck, moving his hands along her arms, disrupting her neatly worn saree, to expose as much skin as possible, without untying it. After a few bites, here and there on Priya's neck, Priya undoes his tie, unbuttons a few buttons of Ram's shirt, slides her hand, exposing his bare chest, kissing and teasing him, suddenly they hear a knock on the changing room door. Priya rushes in to the bathroom and Ram, buttons his shirt and walks out to see Neha standing there with a grin.
Neha: Kya ho raha Hai?
Ram: Kuch bhi toh nahi.
Neha: Toh tumhara tie kaha Hai, aur tumhare baal, bikre hue Kyun Hai and Ram, I think, you need to change your shirt.
Ram: Woh woh.
Ram realized lipstick mark on his shirt and immediately turns red, not making eye contact with Neha, walks in pulls a fresh shirt, changes, puts on the tie, straightens his hair and comes out, only to be teased further by Neha.
Ram rushes out of the room. Priya walks out of the bathroom, peaks into the bedroom, to confirm Ram has left and nobody is there, slowly walks into the bedroom only to bump into Neha.

Ram goes to Niharika.
Niharika: Kuch chahiye tha Ram?
Ram: Haan maa, woh Singapore Mein jo, naya unit shuru karne wale hai, uskeliye main chahta hoon Ki Sid sambhale.
Niharika: Yeh toh bahut achi baat Hai Ram.
Ram: I want him to work on his project from scratch so that he would know everything about running the business on his own and I am there to help him, but I think it is high time, he starts handling things on his own.
Niharika: That is true Ram. I will ask Sid to meet you in the office. Ram, I wanted to talk to you about Priya.
Ram: Kahiye.
Niharika: Is everything alright between you two?
Ram: I don't want to talk about that maa. I'm getting late for work.

Neha: Ghar Mein itna bada crisis chal raha Hai, aur miya-biwi lage Hai romance karne mein. Kya baat Hai Priya?
Priya: Aisi koi baat nahi Hai.
Neha: I just saw Ram walk out, his shirt undone with lipstick marks, his messed up hair and he did not have his tie on, after I pointed out, he changed and left.
Priya doesn't speak anything.
Neha: Waise, I never thought Ram and you would become like this, chance milte hi at each other Haan?
Priya: To be honest, I have always been able to be the way I am, I never behaved this way because I was never in love, but, when it comes to expressing I have always been open and I could share what is on my mind. But, Ram is a revelation. I thought, he would change a bit, but this side of his, is like, this is him actually and he has been hiding this from the whole world.
Neha: I know. I can't believe Ram is the one to initiate. I used to think, jab uska shaadi hoga, Vikram ko samjhana padega Kya Karna chahiye. This was my opinion back in college, but he is a completely different person.
Priya: But, he said, he wasn't a virgin.
Neha: What?
Priya: He was very clear. We had a discussion.
Neha: Ram ne kaha he is not a virgin?
Priya: Yes.
Neha: This is interesting. Ram had a fling or an affair, which I am not aware of. I need to know who is was.
Priya: Chodo na Kya farak padta Hai?
Neha: You don't want to, please don't. But I need to know.

Ram: Yaar teri biwi ko control kar, kahin pe bhi aajati Hai.
Vikram: Kya hua?
Ram: I was with Priya. We were a little busy.
Vikram: Sahi se bol na, Ki control nahi hota.
Ram: Dude, yes, I can't keep my hands to myself.
Vikram: I am happy for you Ram.
Ram: I know. Chal let's get started with Sid ko bhagao.

In the police station:
Inspector: Kisi ka influence nahi chalega, yeh Sab paise wale log, aise kaam karte Hai aur, paison ke bal par choot jaate Hai. Kuch bhi ho jaye inhe nahi chod na Hai.
Sid: (in the lock up) inspector, mujhe bas Ek call karne deejiye. Please.
Inspector: Kisko karega? Koi politician, ya tere ameer baap ko? Kisi ko koi mauka nahi milega.
Sid: Aap nahi jaante main kis ka Bhai hoon?
Inspector: Kisi ka bhi Bhai ho, ab aur mat baat Karna, warna, bahut maar padegi.
