He couldn't believe his luck... He was seeing her after 5 long years.. He had tears of joy in his eyes.. He kept looking at her...

Wait.. Am I dreaming.. He thought..

She was on the other side, trying to cross the road.. Then he saw a truck approaching her at full speed.. He tried running towards her but couldn't because of the heavy traffic..
He tried calling out her name but the blaring horns suppressed his voice.. He had no clue what to do.. The truck was coming really fast..

Just then a pair of hands pulled priya from there and hugged her.. He cupped Priya's face..

Shekar: Priya kya kar rahi thi? Marne ka itna shauk hai kya??

Priya: (Still shocked) mai.. wo.. wo.. dhyan nai tha..

Shekar: Are yaar priya.. agar tumhe kuch ho jata toh humara kya hota.. tum janti ho na hum ab tumse kitna pyar karte hai... sab tumhi pe dependant hai.. toh phir... Khair chodo.. Chalo ghar.. Maa wait kar rahi hogi...

Ther went towards a car and got into it.. Ram kept looking at them.. He was shocked to see the guy with Priya.. He felt like hitting him.. But it was then that he realised..

Priya was looking beautiful as usual.. A mangalsutra around her neck and vermillion mark on her forehead..

Had she remarried? Did she not love him anymore? Had she forgotten him? Had she found her prince in another man??

Ram silently drove off to KM..
The thought of Priya kept hitting him back.. He sat in the dark room thinking, losing touch with the entire world.. He never spoke to anyone..

After two days of silence...
Nuts entered his room with a bang..
Nuts: Bhai mujhe abhi shopping jana hai aur aap mere sath chal rahe hai..

Ram: Nai choti.. tu kisi aur ko leja.. Meri tabyat theek nai hai.. Kartik kaha hai??

Nuts: Bhai aaj uska presentation hai office me.. Aur bhai aap apni choti ke liye itna nai kar sakte??

Ram: Accha ruk.. Emotional blackmail mat kar.. aata hu...
Ram and Nuts leave for the mall... After shopping for sometime..

Nuts: Bhai aap coffee shop me mera wait kijiye.. Mai washroom jake aati hu..

Ram: Ok jaldi aa.. Mai tere liye teri fav coffee order karta hu..

Ram reaches the cafe and settles down on a table.. he places his order when his eyes fall on a family..

Yes, it was Priya yet again.. with the same guy.. But this time, There was a kid along too.. Ram was even more stunned.. He saw Priya and the guy pampering the kid..

Ram stomped out of the cafe and dashed with nuts outside..
Nuts: Bhai chaliye na andar... Kya hua??

Ram: Nai choti.. Mujhe theek nai lag raha hai.. Tu baki shopping badme kar lena... Ab ghar chal...

The two of them leave for KM..

Meanwhile, in the shop...

Priya senses something and becomes stiff..

Shekar: Kya hua priya.. Kaha kho gayi??

Priya: Shekar, pata nai kyu, laga jaise Ram yehi hai.. Kahin paas me.. Uss din b jab accident hone wala tha.. tab bhi laga jaise wo wahi the..

Shekar: Come on Priya.. He is your past... Please usse chodo aur age ki socho.. Hume ring lena hai.. Chalo..

In KM

Ram is pacing up & down in his room...

Ram: Priya tumne dusri shaadi kar li aur tumhara beta bhi hai.. Tum ne aisa kyu kiya Priya? how could you? Tumhe ek baar bhi mera khayaal nahi aya??

Waise galati meri hi hai.. I should have trusted you.. Sab meri galati hai.. Ab yeh meri saza hai ke muje zindagi bhar aise hi tumhari yaadon me bitana hoga.. I deserve this priya... I don't deserve your love... Maine tumhe hamesha k liye kho diya Priya...

A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER...

Ram is standing alone, watching the most mesmerising scene ever.. Watching the nsunset on Mah-Guj border.. leaning on his car, his back towards the road..

Ram: Zindagi ke chaalis saal maine tumhara intezaar kiya Priya.. Aur tum mili ttoh tumhari kadar nai thi mujke... I lost the most precious gem of my life because of my ego and my anger.. Aaj b mai tumse utna hi pyar karta hu Priya.. In fact usse kahi zyada.. Tumhare saath bitaya har pal meri zindagi ke sabse khoobsurat pal the... Unhe mai kabhi bhool nai sakta.. Iss jagah se b tumhari yaad judi hai Priya... And i really love this place...
