Ram spun around recognizing the voice immediately... He was shocked, surprised and happy, all at the same time, to see Priya standing there.. A smile wide on her face... Looking elegant as ever...

Ram: Priya... tum yaha??

Priya: Ji Mr. Kapoor...yeh meri bhi faveourite jagah hai... Jab bhi India me hoti hu, yahaan zaroor aati hu..

Ram: India me hoti hu matlab?? Where do you stay now??

Priya: Mai apni family ke sath Australia me rehti hu...

Ram: Oh ya!! Tumhari family.. waise tumhara baccha boht cute hai...

Priya: (confused) Aap ne Rayaansh ko kab dekha?? Boht cute hai na?? Bilkul apne papa pe gaya hai..

Ram: Ha cute hai... Wo, uss din mall ke cafe me dekha.. Tumhare sath ek aadmi bhi tha.. Your husband i guess...

Priya now understood why she felt Ram's presence around her at the mall...

Priya: Haan wo shekar tha...Wo actually, kal meri nanand ki shaadi hai.. That's why we are in India.. Toh uss din mall me shaadi ki shopping kar rahe the.. Wo kya hai na Mr. Kapoor, mere sasurji nahi rahe.. Toh mere pati hi uska kanyadaan karenge... Anyways, aap meri family se nahi milna chahenge??

Ram, forcing a smile on his face & controlling his tears..

Ram: Ha Priya.. Zaroor milna chahunga..

Priya: So then, You are invited to the wedding..

Ram: Are nai Priya..

Priya: Kya are nai?? Milna chahte hai na?? Kal shaadi hai.. Koi badi party nai hai.. Just us family.. Mandir mr hai.. Wohi Ganeshji ke mandir me jaha hum jate the.. Kal subh 10.15 ki mahurat hai... Mai aapka wait karungi Mr. Kapoor..

Ram: Ok, Mai try karunga..

Priya: Accha Mr. Kapoor... Mujhe jana chaiye... Wo shekar aur ansh wait kar rahe honge.. Kuch last minute shopping reh gaya hai.. Nice meeting you Mr. Kapoor..

Ram: Same here Priya.. Bye

Priya gets into her car and drives off...

Ram, who was a sadder man now, silently got into his car and drove off to KM!!

The Next Day, At The Temple...

The priest is making all the preparations, while Priya is standing in front of the idol, hands folded and eyes closed...

Priya: Hey ishwar, aaj aapse bas do hi cheeze mangni hai... Ek ki aaj Mr. Kapoor yaha aa jaye aur jo baat mene apne dil me sochi hai wo puri ho jaye...

After her prayers, Priya turned around... She saw Ram climbing the steps of the temple...Her heart skipped a beat on seeing him... Ram reached Priya.. silently adoring her beauty... She was looking gorgeous in her Red saree...

Ram: Priya, acchi lag rahi ho..

Just when Priya was about to reply, the priest called her..

Pandit: Priya beta, Vidhi shuru karna hai.. Jao dulhe ko lekar aao..

Priya: Ji Panditji..

Priya gets the groom... Ram wants to see his face but cant as his face is covered by the sehera..
The priest began with the rituals and Priya went to stand beside Ram..

Ram: Priya, tumhara pati kahaan hai??

Priya: Bas yehi kisi kaam se gaye hai.. Kyu??

Ram: Nai bas aise hi... unse milna chahta tha... aur Rayaansh??

Priya: Wo andar hai apni dadi aur bua ke sath..

Just then the Priest asked Priya to get the Bride.. Priya went in to get her.. The bride was ready, her face covered in ghungat..
Priya: Chale??
Then she called out loud...
Priya: Maa, aap kahaan hai...

The lady answered from another room..

Maa: Priya beta, ansh soo raha hai.. mai uske sath yaha baithti hu.. tum log jao.. Mai aati hu..

Priya: Maa aap yehi rukiye.. Mai aake thodi der me aake aapko le jati hu..

Priya went out with the bride.. The marriage rituals continued.. Priya was standing at one end and Ram at the other, looking at Priya.. The priest called out the brides father/ brother for kanyadaan..

Priya went towards Ram..

Priya: Mr. Kapoor, aapko mere liye ek kaam karna hoga.. My husband could not reach here.. Aap ko yeh Kanyadaan karna hoga... Please... Aakhri baar kuch maang rahi hu... Please..

Ram was shocked to hear this..
Ram:Are lekin Priya, yeh kaise? I mean.. Mujhse nai hoga.. Sorry...

Priya: RAM please.. Mahurat nikal jaye usse pehle kijiye na...

She had called him Ram after years.. He couldn't deny her anymore... He performed all the necessary rituals and came back to Priya, tears in his eyes..

Priya: Thanks Mr. Kapoor.. Thank you so much...

Ram: Thanks to you Priya..tumhari wajah se aaj mujhe ye mauka mila.. tum toh janti ho na mujhe ishika aur chotti ka kanyadaan karne ka bhi mauka nai mila... aaj tumhari wajah se ye punya kamane ka mauka mila...

Soon the rest of the wedding was completed and the bride and groom came to Priya

Priya: Pehle jao, Maa ka ashirwad lo aur unhe aur ansh ko bahr lao.. Maa se kaho mene bulaya hai.. The two of them go and come back with their mother...
Ram gets another shock for the day... He is stunned to see his mother Krishna Kapoor with the newly wed... She walked silently towards Priya, looking down, towards ansh...

Priya: Mr. Kapoor ye meri sasuma.. Actually, maa hi hai..

Ram: Priya ye sab kya ho raha hai priya?? Kya mazaak chal raha hai yaha??

KK looked up hearing Ram's voice... She was shocked too... All this had been Priya's plan and she had been lucky that Ansh had fallen asleep..

KK went towards Ram, tears in her eyes, and placed her hands on Ram's cheeks.. Ram took her hand in his and both cried.. Tears of joy flowed from their eyes... Priya was shocked to see this reaction.. She expected Ram to be angry..

Ram: Maa... Sorry maa... mai janta hu, ki jaise Priya ke mujhe chod ke jane ke piche wajah thi, waise hi aap ki bhi majburi rahi hogi... Mai aap dono ki majburi nai janta lekin itna janta hu ki aap mujhse boht pyar karte hai...

KK: Ram beta, mai khush hu ki tum ye samaj gaye... Aur ye sab priya ki wajah se...

Ram: Ek minute, agar ye tumhari saas hai toh phr tumne dusri shaadi nai ki??

Priya: Obviously not Mr.Kapoor.. Aap ko lagta hai mai aap ke siwa kisi aur ke bare me soch bhi sakti hu??

Ram: Toh phir shekar??
The groom lifted his sehera..

Shekar: Thats me.. Aapka saala..

Ram: Aur maine kanyadaan kiska kiya??

Apeksha.. lifting her ghungat..

Apeksha: Of course me na Ram.. Tumhari ek hi toh kunwari behan thi..

Ram: Aur dont tell me Priya ke RaYaansh humaara...

He choked and couldnt control himself...

He dropped down on his knees... Crying..
