Jab We met AGAIN - Part 2

Ram's arms reflexively goes around the female figure that was hugging him close.. After a moment of stunned surprise, he realises that it is his queen whose heart beats he is listening to.. He tightens his hold on her..

Nutz leaves the living room discreetly and locks herself in her bedroom.. Priya still crying holding Ram close.. Ram pulls her down to the armrest of the chair .. Priya gets startled, 'What are you doing Mr.Kapoor, leave me, Natasha is here'.. Ram gives a grin 'No, my Choti is smart, she left us alone'..

Priys stops struggling, both have an intense eye lock.. They are quenching the thirst for each other by eyes. savouring each other's presence.. Ram's eyes again get moist seeing the Mangalsutra and Sindhoor on wifey.. Priya wipes his tears off and nods her head saying 'I have not shown my anger on them Mr.Kapoor'.. Ram hugs her to him again, holding her close to his heart.

Priya slowly comes out of the hug, ' Happy Birthday Mr.Kapoor'.. Ram like a kid, 'You forgot my B'day na.. You didn't wish me, I was waiting for you from morning'.. Priya naughtily '. I am wishing you now, isn't it..'.. She manages to get out of his hold and sits next to him..

Ram suddenly realises 'where were you all this time, were you hiding inside, you didn't even want to see me? Am I so bad? Why you didn't come out before '

Priya 'stop, stop, Bhaap re Bhaap, so many questions, Why wouldn't I want to see my Golu, I was seeing you all time from inside, '.. She takes his hand and keeps it close to her her cheek..

Ram still upset ' But, why you didn't come out, Is it enough that you had seen you, don't you think I would want to see you too and wishes.. If you don't wish me, who else will wish me'..

Priya 'I am sorry, Mr, Kapoor.. But I thought, if you see me, your mood will get spoilt and you will become unnecessarily angry on your birthday.. '

Ram 'don't you know me all these years, my mood will be spoilt seeing you? What rubbish it is.. I was longing to see you for so many months, all the days in these months were spoilt because I have not seen you'..

Hearing this, Priya's eyes wells up with tears.. She leans on to him again, takes his palm and places a kiss, 'I missed you too, Ram and I was longing to see you too..' Ram to her 'Then, why didn't you call me for so long, and you didn't even wish me today'..

Priya, ' You too didn't call me, you were not even bothered to know where I live or how I am.. BTW, FYI, I did come home to wish you and left a card at the gate for you and the pastry you ate just now.. Whom do you think got it' and winked at him naughtily..

Ram gets up agitated, 'Really? you came to KM and nobody bothered to tell me that, where was I when you come, and I have not seen any card of yours'..

Priya pulls him down 'Relax, Mr. Kapoor, I just came there about an hour back, I didn't come in thinking you must be busy in party and nobody had seen me'..

Ram, 'what is this Priya, why didn't you come in, It is your house too.. And I do know where you live and how you are, I have been talking to Kush once in few days, OK? ' And adds with a pout ' but You? You left me all alone, and never bothered to check on me'..

Priya, 'How do you think of me like that, Mr. Kapoor, I am also talking to Pari, Myra & Natasha and checking about you, Pari told me that you are too busy with work these days, and doesn't stay at home at all.. Moreover, you started your abroad trips again.. Myra told me that you are not following any diet restrictions, every morning you are eating Aloo Parata, that too with extra butter.. And I am seeing the result, na.. In the four months, you had put on so much weight.. won't you take care of yourself if I am not there? Are you a kid or what? Don't you know you should have proper food, sleep on time? '..

Ram stops her with a finger over her mouth and adds with a grin 'Ok, ok, ok,, stop it now, you left me and gone, and why I should I care for me, for whose sake should i maintain my health? how does it matter whether I am healthy or not , for that matter how does it matter whether I am alive or'..

It is Priya's turn to stop Ram now, Priya puts her palm over his mouth and with fresh tears in her eyes 'Why are you talking like this again & again, you know, we all love you and need you.. What about me, what about our kids,, where will we be without you, why don't you understand we all need you in your lives, we need you to be strong & healthy.. '

Ram ' Priya, If you have needed me, you would not have left me alone, and our children are all grown up, they have their own life and houseful of people to take care of them, and you are there for them too.. I feel, there is no real necessity for me '

Priya in angry tone 'Stop this nonsense, Mr.Kapoor, You are & will always be most crucial part of our lives.. And what is this about me leaving you alone, you are with our children, how can you be alone, you know very well why I had to leave.. It was a tough situation for everyone around.. I was making things difficult for you.. '

Ram, keeping priya's palm over your chest, 'you better understand one thing Priya, even if I have the whole world with me, I would be alone if you are not with me.. You are the one who complete me, my better half.. My life is empty without you.. And I am only a half man without your presence in my life'

Priya now sobbing, 'then why did you let me go... Why didn't you stop me,.. Do you think I am happy living without you..'

Ram in a somber voice, ' Priya, how many times I had to tell you not to leave me.. If you take an unilateral decision to leave me on the first hurdle we face as a couple, what do I think, You don't need any more in your life, you feel you are better off without me..'

Priya can't believe his words, she shakes his shoulders with her both hands, 'Have you gone mad, Mr. Kapoor, how can you even think like this.. You are the one who pushed me off when I hugged you, you are the one who stood like a stone when I walked away, and you think I would be happy without you..'..

Ram ' Priya, you know how Pihu was that day, she had already attempted suicide, how can I risk infuriating her anymore, I was very very sacred what she would do,. I wanted to give her some days to cool down before talking to her about how wrong she was to ask me to choose.. That's exactly the same reason why I couldn't directly ask you not to leave.. I thought you would understand what I was going through, I hoped you would stand by me and let me handle Pihu after few days.. But, you left and never bothered to turn back.. '

Priya , ' I am sorry, Yes, now I understand Pihu was not in a position to listen to sense that day, and may be we should have waited for few more days'..

Ram in a determined voice, 'ok, past is past,, let's leave all that, come with me now to our home, I don't want to live another moment without you'..

Priya with a reluctant tone, 'I can't Mr, Kapoor..'

Ram's eyes turn red in anger,.

p.s : Next part will mostly be the concluding part,. We will know why Priya declines to come and also about Pihu's wedding..
