I think Rajat will make a entry at teh right time an dhe will save Priya by donating some organ as the doctor mentioned that they need some organ to save Priya.

Probably Priya will ask Rajat to take her away as she wont be able to tolerate the agony that Pihu attempted to kill her and she wont like to let pihu down in Ram's eyes and after knowing Ram and JUhi's wedding she will wish to go far away!
