Priya : Aap...

All of a sudden those 5 years back memories zoomed into them when they saw each other in the midst of the location of a South African hotel...

They stood looking at each other in silence when the receptionist broke the silence...and said..." Your keys Sir...Your keys Mam..."

Both Ram and Priya kept on looking at each other and came back to the reality and took the keys and started moving from their places...

The words were not expressed, their eyes had met and lot of things were reciprocated in those...their eyes followed each other until both of them lost the vicinity of each other...

Ram came up to his first floor deluxe suite...while Priya had hopped to the second floor room...incidently both the rooms were one below the other... much to their foregone knowledge...

As soon as Priya checked inside a lot of thoughts wandered around in her mind...She kept on saying : " No..this is not possible, this shd nt be possible...why oh why on earth this is happening now...why did I see this...why did I see him after so many years...Oh God, please dont do this to me...this was the last of the things I had expected to happen in my life...

Why...Why did I see him...Why did I see him...Ram...why are we meeting again...and why is this happening...and why did we meet here...? Not this time...Not this time..please..." She talked to herself since the hidden fears started to come out from her which had subsided in her mind atleast for those 5 years...


Ram entered in his suite and straightaway headed towards the seaside view from his window...he stood there and was trying to come across wht did he saw right now...

His mind thought and the words reciprocated through them : " So destiny did played it again...and I have seen the person I was desperate to meet in these 5 years...and that too over here...so you are back Ms Sharma...you are back..." He smiled like a cheshire cat and went near the bar and opened for himself a drink and started sipping it...he again went near the window and took out Ria's photo - the only photograph of hers which he always carried in his wallet...looked at it...and said : " Ms Priya Sharma, get set for a rollercoaster ride from now...you dont know how happy I am today after seeing you..." He kept Ria's photograph back in his wallet and looked at the serene environment outside the window...he smiled to himself while drinking his favorite wine...and claimed saying : " A new chapter begins now..."


The day passed with Ram being busy with his usual work and conferences while Priya on the other hand was preparing her assignments and jotting down some points to work on...


She didnt dared to come out of the room as the thoughts of colliding with Ram once again shuddered her...she was not afraid of him..but she was afraid of those hurling accusations hitting out to her once again if they cross paths there again nw...


The evening was settlng down...and Priya was quite tired after the hectic work she did throughout sitting in her room and attending calls for the same...She finally gave up and put the work aside and started to unpack her bag and take out her nightdress...she felt the need of being under the shower and relaxing her body...also now she felt that she was hungry...she picked up the phone and was about to dial it..when her doorbell rang...she went to the door and opened it and was rooted to the spots by seeing Ram in front of her...


Her eyes kept on looking at him, as here he was standng in his dappler black suit, looking s**y and dazzling as ever...and truly the charming persona that he had within him she felt the ground losing beneath her feet...


" Can I come inside..." Ram spoke out so that Priya can come back to her ground...

Priya who slightly blushed seeing him like tht...tried to cover and said : " Haan...aaiye na...come inside..."


Ram walked inside with a grace in her room and she kept on looking at him with a difference...and then murmured : " He still looks so cool...perfect..."


" Tumne kuch kaha Priya..." snapped Ram at her and she said again while coverng : " Nahin...kuch nahin..."


She signalled him to sit on the couch, he did with a smile on his face...she went and sat at the opposite side and started to find words for the conversation...


" I had never thought in my dreams that we would meet again..."


Ram : " Neither did I Priya..." " Anyways...how are you?"


Priya : " I am fine...hw about you..."


Ram(smiled cheekily) and said : " Now I am fine...I met you na..."


Priya got awkward listening to this but still conversed : " And we met in South Africa...we keep on meeting at the international destinations only..." She tried to ease out the atmosphere but couldnt as the man in front of her was making something uneasy for her to come in terms of knowing it...


Ram seeing her said : " Relax Priya...I came to meet you since I thought that I should...I saw you here and was bit surprised...but I know you would be here for some assignments of yours..right?"


Priya nodded in affirmative...: " Yes"


Ram went on ahead and said: " Did you had anything to eat...?"


Priya : " No...was about to order when you rang the bell..."


Ram : : " Ohh" on seeing the nightdress in her hand he said : " Looks like you were going to order in the room itself..."


Priya on knowing what he is looking at said: " Yes was about to do that...was very tired so thought of ordering in the room itself..."


Ram smiled and said : " So if I say that lets go down and dine...will you not come.."


Priya amazed on his question said : " What...?"


Ram checking again : " Yes...I said lets go down and have dinner together...ofcoz if you dont have any problem..."


Priya trying to gather said : " No...I dont have any problem...bas..have to pick up some other clothes instead of this nightdress..."


Ram : " Ohh yes...so you go and change..I am waiting here..." Checking again with her he asked :" I can wait here..can I?"


Priya a little baffled but in control said : " Yes you can...I will be back in few minutes..."


Priya went near her luggage and picked herself a jeans and yellow Tee and dashed into the washroom...while Ram kept on looking at every move of her...till she went in the washroom she could sense that his eyes are on her throughout...she was so confused that she didnt knew what was happening around her...she had expected a volcano to burst on her after seeing him in front of her but here was a different story...


She went inside and a sudden thought creeped in her mind and she raised a question to herself : " Why is Ram behaving like this? Whats going on his mind? Is he changed or is there something more? Why do I feel that this is just the silence before the storm? And what is happneng to me...why I suddenly agreed to go out with him for dinner...?"


There were many questions but right now Priya was too tired to find any answers to them...on the other side Ram who saw Priya enter the washroom got up from the couch and strolled in the room said to himself : " Priya...I know whats going on in your mind, I know you have questions on seeing me like this before you, and I dont knw why but I am loving this now.. trust me Priya..you will never get to me as whats going on in my mind...trust me on that...Ms Priya Sharma...let the chapter begin..." Ram had a huge grin on his face but a storm brewing in his mind...he was sure of one thing that this storm he will never let die in him not until he achieves what he wants...




That meet of SA flashed in Ram's mind while driving back home...that meeting unknowingly became a soft spot in his mind as he met Priya and the journey started of them where they got back in each other's lives though unwantedly...the journey which had begun and it continues till date...


He thought to himself while driving the car on his way back home : " Priya that time I had fought with my fate and today yet again I am going to do the same...I am going to fight out my destiny and make sure that you come back to me...I want you back Priya...I want you back with me, with our daughter and make our family complete..."

A few days later

Ram was busy in his office work, attending meetings, conferences and deciding on huge dealings with the international business associates. At the same time he was enjoying the moments with his little girl. He was doing almost everything which a mother does for her baby. He fed her milk but not before checking the warmth of milk on his palms and then putting in the bottle, used to change her nappies, check her through the nights, used to sing for her, feed her with the stories, he was fully enjoying this new experience, even in the presence of his mother, he wanted to do all by himself. In his absence Krishnaji was doing the job of nurturing her grandchild but used to crave to see her son's happiness which was lost in absence of Priya. She knew one thing that Ram was missing his wife at every stage and thus she prayed day and night that let her son get back his love very soon. Here Priya was still in coma.

One such morning Ram was finishing his daily chores while attending to his angel when Krishnaji stepped inside his room.

Ram on seeing her : "Are maa, kya hua"

Krishnaji ( with a little pause ) said : " Ram is bachchi ko ghar laaye ab 1 mahina ho gaya hai. Main soch rahi thi ki humein iska naamkaran karna chahiye."

Ram realizing his mother's words echoed : " 1 mahina ho gaya, didn't even realized how the days went by. We wl surely name her Maa, you chalk out everything and just let me know."

Krishnaji smiled and went away to chalk out the plans for naming ceremony. While here Ram couldn't escape a thought in his mind for Priya " Priya you are in coma for the past 1 month" He sighed knowing this fact and sat down on his bed. His mind was again accumulated with her thoughts.

The evening was set for a warm dinner for the guests staying at the hotel in Suncity, SA. The music was at the helm of the background playing soothing tunes. In the room Priya came out wearing her pair of jeans and a Tee and came near Ram who was standing near the window of her room.

" Kya soch rahe hain aap?" Priya questioned as casually as she can.

Ram turning back with a sly smile on his face : " Nothing, just nothing, was just waiting for you, must say you didn't took much of the time like any other girls."

Priya smiled a bit and said : " Was it a compliment?"

Ram : " Ofcourse it was, and I am serious about it." The smile continued on his face and he then put his hand forward to her saying : " Chalein, I don't want the hotel to finish off the dinner with the other guests and we would be left with nothing."

Priya was a bit hesitant to give her hand in his and so she just stayed back and smilingly said : " Haan chalte hain."

Looking at the requisite figure of hers Ram was a little bit relieved in his one frame of thought which said : " Not bad Priya" " You really seem decent." But at the another context of the moment he shrugged off that thought and again with a sly smile said : " Lets go, I want the dinner served to be hot and not cold."

Priya gave a slight smile and went with him taking the keys of the room, closing the door of the room.

They came down and entered the restaurant area, where Ram found a nice corner place for both of them to dine for. He signaled Priya : " Lets go there and sit, it looks a warm place."

Priya : " Fair enough, lets go."

They both joined the table at the corner and made themselves comfortable on the chairs. A musical piece was being played at the back which was relaxing the atmosphere therein especially within Priya as she was coming in terms of having Ram meeting her and she now dining with him.

Somewhere Ram was reading Priya right, though Priya was having a little bit of intuition for the same, to release the atmosphere and tension in her she broke the silent moments saying : " So how is life?"

Ram getting pretty relaxed and choosing the right words said: " Life is getting good priya, you know after Ria life was completely dead to me, but with time I learnt to live. And now I am fine, doing good, getting deals done, and building my empire, earning profits and so on. One thing is happening for sure Priya, that I have now learnt not to lose. And I am sure that henceforth I wont be losing anything. And neither I will let life to make me feel like a lost person."

Priya got a little pensive hearing this but she relaxed herself by saying : " Priya, you have just met him and this meet is an accident, its just a question of few hours and not even a day, come what may you are going to change your hotel tomorrow morning..dont let the words affect you, don't think much of it"

Priya was in her thoughts reminding herself about her decision she has taken right now, at the moment when Ram interrupted and questioned :" Priya, are you ok? What happened? Why are you a little uncomfortable?"

Priya came out of her thoughts and just nodded her head saying : " Na nothing , its just that was thinking of the work, but nothing more than tht."

Ram though didn't said anything and just nodded, giving a smile to her was getting assured that if he is reading Priya right then she is definitely disturbed after meeting him and somewhere he did wanted this to be seen on her face.

He broke the silence which was popping up btw them time and again by saying : " Priya, lets order food, what will you eat?" " Your normal ghaas phoos only na.."

Priya was surprised to hear that and so she asked : " How come you know that?"

Ram again gave his famous smile and said : " Priya, I think I know you by now, anyways, you wl get a rich ghaas phoos , so don't wrry."

Priya was still thoughtful about how did Ram knew about her choice of food but brushed off in a minute not giving importance then.

Ram snapped out her again by clicking his fingers and asked : " Priya, order karun na, ya aise hi baithna hai."

Priya : " Haan , but order some decent food."

The smiles was on their faces at the moment and Ram ordered something very plain but interesting food fr her and for himself he wanted to feed on chicken recipes.

The musical piece at the background continued to ease out the tensions surmounting them and everyone around, but more so for Priya.

A little later as soon as they finished their dinner, Ram escorted Priya to her room. As they reached near the room Priya turned back and thanked him for the evening.

Ram just smiled and said : " I should thank you for the evening Priya and not otherway round. Anyways, what time are you checking out tomorrow?"

Priya was shell shocked on hearing that from him, as it was the decision she had made in her mind just a few minutes back.

"What? What did you said?" Priya trying to confirm the words which he spoke on.

Ram as quiet as he could be said : " I just asked you the timing of your checkout Priya. What more did I asked?" " And I asked so that I could see you off."

Priya got stuck in her thoughts and so in her words as she was not able to judge Ram at all, for her everything was turning upside down all at the moment.

She was trying to collect herself and so she just put up : " Ram, I am just..."

Ram breaking her : " What, just what, trying to run away from me. "

Priya nodding : " No, its not like that Ram." " Its just that.."

Ram : " Priya, relax, are you tensed because I met you here all of a sudden."

Priya : " N.. Na., not like that."

Ram easing out : " Priya, I know its just because of our meeting, but relax Priya, we have just met casually. You are here for some work and so continue doing that, if you are so uncomfortable we wl not meet up, but you relax and concentrate on your work." " Good night."

Saying that he turned back and made his way out towards his room leaving back Priya very confused.

After his exit from the space Priya was coming to the terms of what happened in the evening and sudden change of events and thinking : " Ram, what are you upto? Why I am not able to judge you? Why I am feeling that what you are trying to say its just not what you are saying. Ram, why are you doing this to me? Please let go what happened, please let go." Saying this she unlocked her room door and went inside to retire for the day as her heart and brain both were too heavy to even think about anything more than that.

On the other side Ram came to his room, poured a wine for himself, went near the window, smiled slyly and said to himself by cheering a toast for him: "Not bad Ram Kapoor, not bad at all. You are taking a right step towards your goal. Ms Priya Sharma you thought you will try to know me, and judge me, sorry Priya, you will never be able to judge me. I have just started from where you thought it ended. For me now the good times come, and unfortunately for you bad times are going to be in store, and this is a start to the same. All the best Priya, all the very best, the game begins now."

He decided to meet Priya at the hospital, he wanted to let her hear that their daughter is going to be named and the naming ceremony is going to be done soon, he finished everything of his work and started his way to the hospital before checking in the office for his daily routine to be continued..
