I'm not really sure, if this is a temporary Nuts faze. They tried to remind the audience via flashback, as to how Nuts has deep mental problems. Remember until the leap last year, she was totally crazy. She changed, but when you have psychotic-ness it can't change. I think what is insane is Ram's babying of her--let's not forget all the wrongs she did before. Although infidelity is pretty bad, but Nuts sent Kartik to jail, led to Priya-Ram separation before, etc. Anyhow, let's see how it unfolds.
