Ram and Priya look at each other and smirk.. Ram moves back.. There is anger building up in his eyes..

He looks at Priya.. Ashwin! Priya smiles.. Ram.. And walks to the teapoy.. The sun rays have slightly lit up the room.. The bed looks inviting.. The duvet neatly folded.. Ram looks at Priya walking to the teapoy.. He watches her neatly keep the cups back in to the tray.. Her soft hands and the bangle that clashes with the china.. He smiles.. She takes her right hand and pulls her hair to a side.. He walks to her as she bendsto pick up the tray..

He walks to her..her dori neatly tied.. The suns rays gradually brighten.. Her skin glows.. She stands up with the tray.. Before she steps he pulls her dori.. She arches.. And looks to the side at him.. And smiles.. He involuntarily ties the dori.. And says.. Priya.. Sab ke saamne.. Kya..
Priya smiles.. Kya Ram..?

She walks to the door unlovking it.. She walks out.. He looks at her payal jingle.. Chan chan..
He smiles and walks out.. The house is decorated with flowers he walks behind her down the staircase.. The railings decorated with flowers.. Jasmines adorning the railings..he sees the maalas of flowers dangling down from the rim of the hand rest to the step.. He smiles.. He inhales the fragrance of the jasmines as he walkes down.. Her payal jingles with every step.. He is lost.. His normal KM had been transformed into a temple.. The walked to the dining come living..its all decorated.. He smiles.. The table has plates neatly arranged.. The windows around have yellow flowers adorning their frame.. The hall is looking beautiful..the huge glass windows decorated with flowers.. Everything looks bright and calm.. She walks to the kitchen.. He follows.. The aroma of all the dishes.. Umm.. He closes his eyes inhaling the fragrance..He looks at the italian kitchen.. He looks at her keep the tray in the sink.. He walks in.. All the food is neatly placed in dishes.. Hot! He smiles.. He looks at her.. The gas stove looks untouched... He looks at her twirl her hair into a bun..takes her hair stick which is kept on a chair.. And puts it in place.. A smile appears.. She turns to him.. And smiles..
Ram: Priya yeh sab tumne banaya?
Priya smiles.. Haan aaj satyanarayan pooja hai..
Ram smiles.. Sab abhi tak..
Priya.. Abhi che bhaje hai..
Ram looks at his watch the hand strickes 6 and he smiles.. They walk to the pooja room.. Durgas idol is well decorated.. And Ganapati neatly adorned with flowers.. The gods are kept on a pedestal.. In front of which is the agni kundal.. There is a bowl full of flowers.. There are plates with coconots kept on veeledele.. Fruits kept together.. Ladoos.. Paisam.. Umm.. His eyes twinkle at the arrangement.. There are small woonden mantaps which are kept two on either sides for them to sit..
Long lamps kept on either sides o the god.. Are filled with ghee.. And battis.. They arent lit..
She takes a matchbox and lights them kneeling down on her knees.. Uff.. Her fingers holding the match stick which lights the batti.. The arange yellow flame burns throwing light on her lutrous bangle and eyes which twinkle..
He walks to the lamp on the other side.. And watches her light the battis.. Time seems to have paused..
She stands and walks to his side.. He leaves way as she lights the lamp.. Her dark blue sarree complementing her fair skin.. The jerri work.. Intricate and beautiful.. She stands up.. And smiles to him.. She folds her hand and closes her eyes.. He follows.. There is pin drop silence.. The fragrance of the flowers the food.. The sanctity.. He is in peace..he hears her voice..

Vakratunda mahaakaaya.. Her voice enchants the area.. Echoing in the house..
Koti surya samaprabha...
Nirvignam kurumedeva...
Sarva kaaryeshu.. Sarvadha..
His mind is calm.. He opens his eyes slowly.. Everything looks serene..
