Why RK is shown so inefficient?

When it comes to Priya or Peehu, why The Ram Kapoor is shown so inefficient. For example he was unable to prove his wife not guilty and was sentenced for 14 years and it took 5 long years to clear her name form the crime which she never committed.

Mahesh pharma company case is huge criminal case so its not easy to solve da case but it was decided that leap was to happen so cv's took dat route reg pihu's admission dats really ridiculous blame it on cv's dey want to show nok jhok n some cute scenes so i am not complaining now i vil enjoy da current track.der are some other major issues vch make me upset like shipra rajat n aye

this is wat i felt ayesha calling principal was to show dat she is current wife of ram n ram priya are no more a couple so dat princi wont admit pihu (stupid logic) not to show her powers shez using mrs.ram tag so obviously ram has more powers dan ayesha. n yest princi some wat convinced dat raya are still a couple so she gave one more chance to dem so the point here is relationships not powers

I agree to one of the point, coming to the admission of Pihu, Ayesha has been shown on an extra edge which is very illogical, i mean c is just no one if there is no mrs.ram kapoor is not tagged to her name.

I think some major points are being missed! The pharma case was closed coz decided verdict when wistness turned up, then later when accused died the case goes even more down in case files but then later it was only only coz of ram that a decided case was opened, a dead accused was proved wrong!!! So it is powers in india the court cases are so back logged so it was acheivement!
In schools @ least in my cointry very reputed schools dnt compromise on merit. The scholl where priya wnet was same n ayesha ddnt use her name, she used the fact that broken home kids are not good for other kids she spoke as a concerned mum so it was not at all as tag or name, it was k i knw ram first wife kids and he is bringing her but she myt have an impact on other kids! So really it is not a big deal it wasnt a upper edge. The princi when ddnt see anything what ayesha said disregarded her call n called them! So it is no extra edge!!
