First of all amazing post..I have restarted to watch this show on and off because i feel that despite the stupidiy that the CV's show, sometimes they really hit the spot!
First of all the Nutz scene! you are absolutely right..She has become soo amazing that I am just in awe of her..I honestly feel like she is the true representation of today's indian woman..I mean she is independent, earns money, takes care of her family and tries to walk this intricate balance of learning from her mistakes and trying not to make them again.
Its so wonderful to see someone like her in any tv show for that matter- A young successful independent woman and that line to ayesha about. "if you come over- we will feed you too"
I swear how amazing was that? And I truly think Sudhirji has given up on his daughter ayesha..I mean ifeel its to the point that he really does'nt think she is his daughter any more.
So i hope they show a consistent development to nutz and karthik along with focusing on the awesome foursome!
Another thing I want to point out is that amazing scene at the Sharma house...With the kids running around, nutz talking to them and the grandparents putting them to sleep..What an amazing scene :)
It almost felt like the sharma house came alive after such a long time...SO heartwarming and beautiful to see secondary relationships portrayed so beautifully..
Moving on to the main two points- Obviously first I would like to say Ayesha got what she deserved and hopefully she gets more..God that woman annoys me like no other. The word "gold-digger" should be re-defined to name ayesha! Though a part of me would like to add that I wish i saw more of a motive to the evilness or whatever that ayesha has. I wish i saw beyond the superficial layers of her just acquiring materialistic wealth and a status in society. I mean here is me imagining, but i would love to see her be double-minded because Priya despite it all is her sister. The sister who did everything she could for ayesha.. Or maybe a longing for someone to love her the way Ram loves priya...Something beyond this whole wealth thing that has her going on this road of getting priya out of Ram's life.
And ram and vikram- their friendship is so aamzing to watch on screen. Two male characters who can hold their own. Two friends who after all these years, in their highs and lows just want to sit with each other and have a drink and self reflect. I mean if that's not friendship what is?
And Ram's words about being taken for granted..
My two cents on this is not just about being taken "for granted"..I think its also the fact that Priya took his feelings, his emotions all for granted..I mean how could she as a wife, imagine that her husband would move on without her and live a happy perfect life? How could she think that his love was soo superficial and their bond was so flakey that it would collapse with her disappearance!! I mean he is absolutely right, to love someone from all your heart and to know that they really did'nt even trust that love?!?! That is absolutely the worst hurt you can provide a person. I mean its different, if the other person does not know or acknowledge your love..
I mean Ram is this emotional man who can take any emotion beyond measure..I mean his loyalty or love for his step mother was so extensive that despite always having an inner intuition about the superficiality of it, he still maintained that relation for soo long! He is also the person who "hated" his mother for so long too because of a misunderstanding.
I also agree iwth someone someone else mentioned, that Ram is not only hurt by priya taking him for granted but continuing to do so..The fact that she was still planning to go back to Dubai without seeing him in Mumbai and it was only by chance, that they ran into each other! I mean if not, she would have gone about with her life!?!?! I mean how long would she have done this?
I really wonder..Would pihu and ram find each other when Pihu was an adult and more curious about her father?!??!?!
I hope that we get to see a bit more of ram's extent of hurt and betrayal..And along with it, I would love to see a breakdown of Vikram..I just think he is always soo calm and composed and even in his anger, there is a maturity..I would love to see that completely shattered side of Vikram..
aaah the heights I can see this show go cause of sheer acting talent that it has! I hope we get to see this show achieve some of those high points at least..
And this is something I never got- going back to one of priya's dialogue from one of the previous episodes, when she says "ha ho gayi galati..ab main kya kar sakti hoon..maafi bhi maang li"
I just don't think a "sorry" cuts it.. I really don't, I mean neither does separating a mother and a daughter and I really cannot think of an adequate punishment for priya..But I just don't think a "sorry" cuts in any of Priya's relationships.. To give a parents the news of their kid dying, or to give a husband the news of his wife passing away, even when you are alive...I mean fine she thought Ram could move on and her parents? they would move on too? from losing a daughter?
What possessed Priya..from making such a big move, and hiding for 5 years!!!
Anyhow taht's my little rant, keep up the amazing posts and takes :)

Hit the nail on the lot of issues that CVS need to bring home. Welcome to the family here. Loved your view.
Ayesha - There has to be a reason more than wealth. Clearly she was pampered and unlike Nutz who found Karthik to love n be loved, she got pushed out by Sid. Nw Ram obviously treats her nothing except an errands person. There could be a good reason of being unloved a part of the package for her actions.
Your two cents in taken for granted - Priceless
Interms of Priya's apology., I agree with what you are saying. There needs to be remorse. This for me right now feels like her dialogue about let me go now. And I would come back to you if I feel like it durig the disastrous episode in divorce drama. She agrees to the mistake. But it wasn't even her intention to be back. And I don't think she really understands the reasons of his hurt!
Loved your rant. Keep them coming!
