a child. Would time let them heal or their experiences?
Thank you Cv's for listening. For showing us the hurt behind the anger. The wounded bull that was forced to rage on the one he loved the most. That was needed to know his anger wasn't mere madness but one that stemmed from being hurt the most from the one who he believed wouldn't.Flashbacks making their entry again. This time it broke our hearts to see not one but two couples. But their friendship is such that Raya could actually look at those incidents to wonder how relationships as golden as Vik Neha could be growing apart. Well, lets hope it gives them insight into their own. While Season1 was about a couple bringing their best friend's arranged marriage work. Looks like Season2 was all about both couples working towards their or against their marriage. Bring it on! Let the so called parallel leads dissappear and we cold go back to the awesome Foursome scenes!
The highlights of the day :
1) Nutz's RB mode : Woot!! now that's the strong independent woman I like. She takes no shi*. And give it twice as good as it gets. When Ayesha hits below the belt about Pihu and the additional baggage she needs to feed now, the lady rose to the occasion to point out she ain't eating her hubby's money. Family aren't considered X-tras and even she was welcome to have a meal. Showed her how even her own kid wasn't on her side. Loved it. Always had a huge soft corner for nutz coz she was one who suffered from a mother's love negligeance which showed up in Season1. But her character progression has been beyond fantastic. She isn't the PICTURE PERFECT bahu but one who has erred, failed but managed to rise above by acknowledging and correcting her mistakes. Bravo!
2) RaYa: They have their own baggages. The hurt, the agony, the guilt, the confusion were overturned by seeing their friends in pain. Priya running to meet Neha was a clear example of how they would stand in faith. Ram cares nothing more than getting his daughter right now. But when his friend walks in asking him not to question a thing but have a drink, he does just that. The flashback brought us those joyous moments that we celebrated. The two couples we fell in love with. Can the magic return?
3) GET -OUT : Today's phrase of the day. Trust me, i got Rejuvenated on hearing that. š³ #Ram Kapoor - Love the man because he wouldn't take crap about his wife. Doesn't need proof for his own daughter. Even if it came from the only person who was probably siding wiht him and against Priya in this fight, it was still a clear and loud GET OUT! My ears were Rejuven..wait for it.. ated! :)
4) Taken for granted: The conversation between Vikram and Ram have always been a delight. We have loved them pulling each other's leg, Vikram trying to showcase his step family's truth, pushing his friend to see the love for Priya, standing like a pillar when Ram needed him. They are indeed the jai viru for Indian television. Today was a showcase of two men hurt by the betrayal(Iam assuming Neha's kid and Vik knowing about it later). In a way, it was only both of them that could understand what the other person was going through. Things to break takes more efforts than it took to make. And then it breaks at one instance. So apt for their relationships.
Dil ko chot wahi log paunch aate hain jo dil ki sabse kareeb hote hain!! And when those close to you betray, thats when your anger arises.! Ironic and true! Vikram knows his friend couldnt hate Priya so much since he loves her much more. The silence, the teary eyes says it all. But would we hear more that could show his vulnerability will be left for tomorrow.
Now how many times have I complained about the taken for granted part? šš I know quite a few similar minds had the same thought process. Did it feel good to hear that or what? Isn't that what causes strain in relationships? Being taken for granted.. And in this case for 5 years. Long time for relationships to be rotten. Well.. Lets see if this is easier said than done!
