Its a kind of ayurvedic rasam, made out of five things.In Tamil its called angaya podi rasam(five type herbal rasam powder)Idont know the exact herbals used in it. But shes got a powder made and its devoid of tamarind. But the base for sourness comes from lime..Its slightly bitter but needs to be eaten with rice and when hot.. 😕
