Ok connecting two dialouges: "ek samay par do jagah" and "zindagi dena", I think she may want to donate her heart/ eyes. Through this she wants to hint that even if she is not here, her heart/eyes will be with someone else and obviously she will give life to the person who gets her heart.

But in all probability, it is the heart as it has got special connection with BALH.
