I feel tht Priya may pledge to doante her oragans later on..Like Eyes, heart, kidneys etc.. Its a long shot but may be possible as a wish..

Or she may even say that she wishes to sponsor one orphan child till its life time and needs Ram's support for it.. A wish that sounds feasible..

Becoming a mother, creating a new life is the ultimate blessing, but dont think Priya indicates that at this juncture..

I would go in for organ donation..
