I m going to watch it for the lead actors. Have no expectations from any serials these days.

And why Ekta most of the serials follow her these days. No expectations no regrets. 😆 One serial I still find watchable is Sasural Ghenda Phool...:)

^^ agreed! Although the overall elements of characters of being goody - two shoes and the evil step mother are there - they are not the crux of the story - in my opinion its the post-marriage interaction between ram and priya that makes the show unique! and cant wait to see it happen!

The starting of the show is very much K-Soap oriented and I don't think that can be denied by anyone, however I don't want the saas-bahu track to happen...if the concept is mentioned to be unique...(as the makers had acknowledged it). Else the only strong point of the show would be left to Ram and Sakshi as the reasons for the show to survive.

Again, I would recommend everyone to watch the show with "no hopes" as again its a K-Soap. Just watch it for the chemistry and acting ability of the Veteran Actors.

The promos were good and attracted me, however watching the episode...again the tables turn. The advertisement of any show is to make the wrapping look good. Once you buy the product its bound to have a problem.

I will give it some time...as its only the starting, and my reason to watch the show is Sakshi. She has been once of my favorite actresses on television. Ram as well, during his initial days.

The concept of the show could have gone according the promos based with some mature thought into a script.

I watched the show quite by chance today and caught the last 5 minutes of the show. Just caught one guy saying the dialogue that each one is born with a partner and then the mom's mean behavior.

I was not able to catch a lot of the story as I missed the first episode and most of the second. But I like the way Ram and Sakshi acted. I have always liked Ram's acting from the early Kasam Se days. I think I will give the story some time to shape up and watch what happens.

As for the concept of the story, I am looking forward to a different and mature handling of the story. I hope that ,with the 2 central characters as mature people, the handling of tricky situations and sly people should be different. That is what I am looking for and that is what I hope to see!!!

Let us wait and watch whether we are pleased with the outcome or disappointed as usual!!!!

Clearly my first and last post on this forum.. Idk why I even am writing.. I guess to vent my frustration for wasting my time.. after being misled by some surprisingly simple and nice promos.. Surprising for ekta standards.. but one epi made me rem what exactly made me cringe on tv 10 yrs back.. before I get to hear that I am judging etc.. let me just clarify that I can't relate to the basic premise.. few major concerns on the concept

Biggest concern- why do unmarried people in their 30/40s have to be dukhi atmas in today's age.. why can't it just be a matter of choice.. or you know not the right time or havent met the right person..

Secondly.. when would logic ever find itself in ekta show.. (altho I speak just from my mindset of it.. never really watched much of her shows).. but some rather lame.. ones like a OTT tycoon buying a co for a private jet.. gosh.. or teaching keats.. for love in a TOEFL class (ridiculous.. for starters.. read Keats to know he was famous for his odes not any love ideologies)

A girl who is presented as a complying bread winner for the family in today's age for me would have to be a little more ambitious than teaching TOEFL classes.. I doubt that would even get one to cut corners in terms of finances..

Ram Kapoor is wasted in a role thats looks highly inspired from Akshay Kumar in Dhadkan.. did not relate to it there either.. how can a shrewd.. practical man be hopelessly stupid to expect reciprocation from a family time and again.. and present a sorry picture.. come on now.. I would have liked to see a stronger personality.. strength in character.. not in appearance is what i mean..And less said the better about the girl.. at least she fits the Ekta heroine bill well.. someone who has very strong ideologies.. and preaches it to one and all.. although finds it hard to practice it in her own daily life.. anyhow.. m outta here.. enough said for my 15 mins of frustrated viewing..

verdict: old wine old bottle.. nothing new.. still the same old unidimensional mediocrity prevails..

I totally agree with the bold...this is how I am always enjoying Ekta shows...I have no expectations at all...I'm watching this show for Ram and Sakshi...I've learned long time back that looking for logic and "freshness" in Ekta's shows is like looking for a needle in a hay stack😆

totally agree about the promos as well...I WISH every show was packaged like the YRF shows, a movie quality feel to it, barely any loop holes in the script, amazing actors. No OTT sets and back ground music *sigh* looks like that will never happen to Indian tv

i can only see Ram's bro(1 sis just got married) & Priya's sis who r still single..so has the story line changed already???!!!!😲

As long as Ram Kapoor isnt made to sleep with someone and have different baby mama's (KS) I think I can give the show a chance

Seriously RK needs to shed the pounds! He has gotten so big! Its not even about this Santa Belly..he wont make it past his characters age at this rate...I hope he is healthy at least (Big peeps can sometimes be healthier than anorexic smokers)

Initially I didnt like the actress..but now I see the show..she suits Ram Kapoor as she doesnt look like a little kid (ie Bani) and will hopefully bring the maturity and warmth to this relationship

Again, Ekta, dammit no various baby mama's
