Okay, saw yesterday's and today's episodes after quite a while, and finally, in addition to being funny, there was some movement in the story, so here goes. Update for 13th & 14th.
Yesterday's episode: The episode started w/ Pari dragging a completely wasted Bubbly indoors, ordering her to shut up and locking her in her room. She then went back out. However, Bubbly simply opened one of the windows of the bedroom and climbed back out into the living room 😆
Rimzhim was completely taken aback by how intoxicated both Veehan & Adi were (caused by Pari trying to get Veehan & Kopal intoxicated w/ juice secretly spiked w/ bhang, but while Veehan had his drink, Kopal declined, and Adi snatched her glass from Pari and drank it b4 Pari could stop him 🤣 In the meantime, Bubbly too got herself totally wasted w/ bhang 😆. That alone made those episodes worth watching). Bubbly came out and saw Pari come back in and was hiding from her, when she saw someone tap her own shoulder. It was Adi, and in his wasted state, they both started joking w/ each other and started sprinkling each other w/ colors. Bubbly smeared Adi, and he in retaliation took the pump and sprayed it. However, Bubbly ducked, and the color landed on a pissed off Pari. She tried going after Bubbly, but Bubbly ran out into the garden, followed by Adi & Pari.
In the meantime, Kopal was trying to persuade Veehan to eat something, but he rebuffed her attempt and told her to get lost. Kopal tried to reason w/ him, but Veehan got stern and she backed off. Adi's friends joined Veehan and were surprised to find him drunk, but he denied that he ever drinks. In the meantime, some of the other women of the neighborhood came there, and Bharti welcomed them, but was worried about them seeing Veehan and Adi in this state. Those women took Bharti to join them.
Adi came out, stood on the table that had the colors and invited everyone to have another go. Bharti saw that and also saw that Veehan too was intoxicated. So she asked Kopal to take Veehan to their room. Kopal went and tried to get him to go, but Veehan rudely refused to go w/ her, and asked her to get lost.
Bharti was trying to manage Adi, but noticing Veehan's behavior towards Kopal, she went to him, and everybody else - Dumroo, Rimzhim, Chimpti, Jasmine, Pari et al joined them. Bharti asked Kopal to take Veehan upstairs, but Veehan rudely said that he was perfectly capable of going there on his own. Bharti asked what was wrong w/ him, and he answered that he didn't need any fake sympathy & concern from somebody who was cheating him. Kopal was shocked and asked him why, and he accused her of just putting on an act of being a good wife, w/ all that sindoor, mangal sutra and bangles.
Today's episode: Veehan continues by exposing the fact that Kopal had, in a conversation, told someone that this marriage was just a compromise for her. Kopal tries to 'explain', and Veehan then demands from her a straight yes-no answer as to whether she said so or not. Kopal fails to tell him no, and instead begs him to listen. That is taken by a triumphant Veehan as a yes, and he announces that he is vindicated. All this while, Pari was smirking @ the success of her plan.
Veehan then starts sobbing and tells Bharti that he doesn't want to remain within this marriage, which for Kopal is just a compromise. Kopal is shocked beyond belief, and now Chimpti starts piling on. She gives Bharti a bhashan on how bahus and daughters are not the same (never mind that her elder bahu lived like a queen in her sasural) and that this is the result of Bharti's indulging her bahus. Kopal tries to explain, but Chimpti shuts her up. Kopal runs away from there crying, and Chimpti taunts her about badnaming her nani.
Dumroo then requests the guests to leave, given the current scene, and he and Rimzhim take Veehan to go indoors. Chimpti suggests getting rid of Kopal, but Bharti refuses, and says that she'll continue to strive for her kids' happiness. She asks Pari to take both Adi and Bubbly back inside.
Inside, Rimzhim is trying to convince Veehan that it's all a big misunderstanding and that Kopal is nothing like that, but he refuses to believe it. Kopal hears that and tearfully goes and sits on a swing. Dumroo arrives and tries to comfort her, and suggests that they discuss it inside, but Kopal is too scared to go inside.
Chimpti and Jasmine are discussing this circus, when Pari comes in w/ Adi & Bubbly. Chimpti observes that all this must be an effect of bhang, and could guess to who brought it into this compound. Bubbly makes funny faces of innocence @ her, while Adi continues to poke fun @ her 😆 Finally, Pari asks Bubbly to go inside & sleep, while she takes Adi to his room.
Dumroo is talking to Kopal, when Pari joins them and persuades him to excuse them. Kopal tries to get comforted by Pari, who hugs her, but gives the evil smile that her plan worked. She assures Kopal that she'd talk to their mom and arrange for something.
Rimzhim leaves Veehan's room, and starts wondering why would Kopal say anything like what Veehan claimed he heard. She then thinks back to the day of the wedding when Pari asked her to talk to her, and starts thinking. (Seems like one of the dimmest bulbs in the family is going to be the genius who might crack this and get behind the secret of Pari's plotting against Kopal)
Comments: These Holi episodes were entertaining, and finally, thanks to Pari's bhang partially working, this holi-color drenched watershed arrived. Finally, Veehan got to spill his guts, Kopal now knows what's bothering him, and Rimzhim is now thinking about what Pari did on that day. So now, hopefully, Pari is on her way to being exposed as a fraud. Hope this happens in front of Pradip Shreevastav, so that he can read Manju the riot act for going behind his back and getting Pari and Kopal both married into this family.
