What was it meant to imply?

In the beginning of the episode, when Sanchi was saying all that ,'' haan shravan ji main aapse bohot pyaar karti hoon.''....n all....then they were showing the still screens with Black n White look. What did it imply?😕...............I guess such things are done in two sequences-
1) when a big secret is revealed....and that's in the wrong sense, you know....like in Ekta Kapoor's soaps!😆

or

2) When a very significant thing is being spoken by the characters....

So was it 'coz of the 2nd reason- i.e. Sanchi was confessing her love?....so you know, it was sorta significant thing!......But then, it was not that significant that they had to show those still screens n all ( i mean if they had done that when Shravan confessed, it would have been understandable!😆....but for Sanchi's confession?!😕)....

Why they put in that dramatic effect, can anyone tell me? 😕

lol.....you know what, while re-watching BHPH on Youtube today, i specially took note of the 'Story writers', 'Director's' and 'Editors' name of BHPH!😆.......actually i wanted to know that who are the culprits ( n sometimes indeed 'Creative geniuses' 😳) who are responsible for every major thing in this show!😆
