welll just drag the texture put it on top now go to left u can see layer 1,2
select the texture layer
then right click the button
u can see many option now
select blending option
u will go to many option
u can see a normal n
change normal to any other layer just all effects like overlay and all
ur image will be having the texture in it if u wanna remove the texture from the picture
just erase it (all this to be done in texture layer)
