no its not a brush^^😆..

we do that in psp..

first we select the selection tool...then choose rectangle as shape..

then go on ur sig...create a small box usin that selection tool...then got to layers>>add layer..and set the opacity as 50...

and then choose ur color buckett...and fill ur white color in da box..then...go to layers>>merge all..!😃

I would say go onto google and type in PSP brushes!
Oh and if you go on swimchick, then go on affiliates there will be loads of websites for good brushes, textures etc!
