I have one question,why some of the picture tubes do not work( i saved them recently in my Paint shop)but when i click on them to impose on my siggy some of them were not working and some were working..

well with your selct tool...select what you want outlined....

now there are two ways to do this:

first way:

1. open a new image a few pixels bigger than ur selection

2. paste ur selection

3. use ur magic wand to select ur selection...

4. go to select>modify>expand

5. choose how much u want of ur outline (2-3 maybe)

6. flatten ur image

7. copy it and paste it on ur sig😳

second way:

1. select what u want outlined

2. go to edit>stroke> choose the color of the outline and the pixel

3. ur done😳
