in all the millions of tutorials that i have come across in the past 4 years there has not been 1 that uses ONLY selective coloring. Selective coloring is a useful tool. However, it is not the only tool used by ps users. There are alot of other elements involved such color balance, HS, levels etc (all of which psp has). I'm not saying that one software is better than the other, instead I am trying to tell the world that the effect can be derived from either one with a little bit of tweaking.
