i amen't that sure but i think there is a tut on how to do that effect on the first page or questions and quires!! i will try to find a tut but you should ask the maker !! 😳

its a effect i mean like see theres a brush or its a layer that covers the pics .. i don't know much but you should ask the maker or you could search around google .. or try lookin at the question and quires they should have a tut on the first page .. i'll take a look and if i could find one then i will post it !!

i dont know who the maker is it says mahi/designs..and itz hard to look all this forum to find it!! ..anywayss....i think i know how to do this...but stilll if there is a tut please post it !

Cirl tut made my me!

tutorial made in psp8

open ur psp(ofcourse)
fil>open>open ur picture.

click on the square thing and go to selection.


then click on circle thingyy..


now click on the pic where u want ur clicle .


then go to EDIT>COPY>PASTE AS A NEW IMAGE,

after go to file>new>Pick a background color>okay.

now go to the circle pic.then Edit>copy

den go to the background image and click Edit>Paste>Paste as a new selection.

after go to selection>modify>Expand

and pick number of pixles den click okay.

now press CTRL+C on ur keyboad or go to EDIT>COPY

then go Edit>Paste>Paste as a new image.

here's da final result.
