Sorry for late reply. Maybe you have found the solution for this Problem. If not then check if you have made the text SMOOTH. Maybe the Crisp is selected. And it can make it look like that.

RAR is same as ZIP. Just extract it with WinRAR program. And if you have Windows 10 then you have already the Extracting program on your pc... just right click on the folder and Extract. (:

I had to download winzip to open it and Photoshop only opens if I continue to have winzip 😕

Open Photoshop as Administrator. Then it must work. But then the best way is to save PS in the start/taskbar. Then you can always click to PS without any problem.

ok, am feeling so dumb right now and feeling horrible to bothering again and again but now that am able to open it, it has no time line and opens video files but doesn't show or play, just a black screen.

I searched, not time line there :(

Go to Window >>> Animation

Then click to the red marked tool which is shown below



As, I have added only 1 Picture and I have only one Layer. So, the timeline is blank. But for example duplicate your picture then automatically the timeline will be shown.
