This is what I could do. Applied some levels, selective color (reduced reds, yellows and magenta) and hue/saturation layer. Might look like b/w but its not. 😆 Ri, let me know if you want the PSD. Doubt its even possible to gif with a good coloring on this horrible scene. 😳

From how much I understand of this crappy lightening, you can't have both the color and quality at the same time. Either compromise on the colorful coloring or the good quality, its always wiser to choose the latter, imo. 😆
