Hello people, I have just started to learn how to make avis, thankyou to all those who helped me, but I have some questions to ask, since I am not getting up to mark results, for e.g, my avis looked kinda stretched, lemme show you guys some of my recent work and my questions:

This is the procedure I follow:

I make small clips in WMM.

Than I import them in ps cs 5

I select all frames and I select similar layers and then I convert those into timeline animation.

After converting them into timeline animation, I convert them into smart object to add filters, I am using smart sharpen only.

After that I add my psd, some more effects if needed for e.g curves,level and then I add textures and texts, etc.

and then I save my avis in gif format.

But I am definitely missing something, if you see my avis, they don't look kinda sharp but bit stretched and flat, I hope I am using the right words.

Please I need more help
My Avis:

P.S. Not only these, but my avi and 2nd&3rd avi in my dabba are also my stuff.

Mallu, I don't see any such issue with your gifs. They're all beautifully done, coloring, clarity and sharpening wise. May be just, reduce the canvas size though. 🤔 I don't have the convert to timeline option, so I wouldn't know the details there.

yeah did try to reduce canvas size but sometimes head was cropped off and sometimes full facebut since I am learning toh yeh sab toh hoga😆I guess!!!

yeah.. same. For her first try.. it looks very good to be honest. You don't want to see my first Animations.😆

@LetItGo: I think you should reduce some red's and put some Curves. And as @annihilation. said, you should reduce the size ... I use max. 500x***.
And about the sharpening.. I think you put the sharpen action before you change the size. I would suggest you to first don't make a clip on WMM as the video quality reduces more than 50%, you can trust me as I did that long time ago. Just upload your video on PS and select the video part and upload that.. if the video doesn't open , then convert it into MP4.
Convert it to smart filter and then use fixed size.. see this Tutorial:

thanks to fxed size, you can always have the same size selected.. as I said use max. 500x...
The sharpening is fine.. but put the sharpening on, after you reduced the size. I use my sharpening trick.

i saw that guy few times and i thought maybe he's the same- they looks similar actually😆😆

so small clip in wmm and then bring it to ps- like a vid editor software cuts videos
