You cannot use it on gifs! You have to use actions. Like make an action of topaz effect and then you can use.

You can use topaz on gifs. Either use topaz actions meant for gifs or you can use it through covert to timeline option. I don't know what exactly is making your PS crash though, may or may not be because of the topaz plug in you have installed. Try looking it up on google or tumblr for the same.

someone give coloring tut for this. Before deciding to kill me- Yes, this is hq. Yes, show's coloring is this bakwas. Anyone who have ever seen NCIS knows the coloring f**kery.
