Can anyone tell how to do this coloring or give a PSD similar to it?

Excuse the screenshot, I was from phone and can't find it from PC.

How to remove the annoying blue??? i tried hue saturation it turned out W*F🤡

Avengers- You will have to experiment. Try selective colourings or few psds.

(remove spaces and go, that's my tumblr)

I used some of my psds on it. You'll have to adjust the layers accordingly and either duplicate the image and set to screen mode or use some levels/curves.
