^^Er, try this. You can directly capture the portions you need without downloading the entire thing.

If you have enough space on your phone then download the videoder app and open hotstar in it and go to your video. It gives from least to HD links.

Well there is no particular way to make a psd coloring. I don't know about others but when I make psds sometimes I have an exact end result in mind like what color do I want to have and I play around with adjustments until I get there. The rest of the time I just open a random model image // screencap and try out various adjustments until I get a decent coloring.

Like I said there is no defined way to make psds, however you could begin by learning about the adjustment panel and the different blending modes. You don't have to go deep at first, just know the basics, it'll be a lot of help. Also learn how to do different types of colorings like pastel, vibrant, color isolation etc.

^ they cover quite a lot of stuff.

So yeah,mix n match all these techniques and obviously make psds. The more you make the better you get.

My suggestion would be you avoid stacking GIFs with diff no. of frames.

Or the best you could do is to copy initial and final frames of the GIF with lesser no of frames, in a controlled way, till it has the same no. of frames as the other one. :)

And, by controlled I mean, maybe two copies of one frame, for the first/last four, or as it seems fit. :)
