you can get it from here and use the key from here https://static.tumblr.com/qhj90ht/NZdmkfz8n/sr.txt to activate the full version. It ought to work.

I am unable to apply DIffuse filter to my edits, it doesn't allow me to apply. I use PS CS 5.

Please can somebody help me?

Can you just tell me what sort of an error it's giving you?

Is your document in RGB 8 bit color? I've heard that ps cs5 greys out some filters in other color modes. Also, have you selected the image? Filters become greyed out when you've selected an adjustment layers like brightness or curves.
