How do you take your screenshots? I usually use windows+printscreen or just printscreen to take caps. It should directly save your caps to your pictures or screenshots folder in your hard disk. But there's one draw back though, it saves your picture along with the desktop background you have. So, you'll have to manually crop your pictures out.

Ooh ,but I usually do with Tab and take screenshots while watching the video

But now as you told me .Now I will use this technique

follow through this tutorial to make blinking text : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RM56NRBF_98

now for the non blinking one, create a new layer and design whichever way you want. click on the eye option such that it is visible is ALL the frames of your animation. and VOILA! you are done =)

You mentioned pictures in your first post na? Is it like avi with pics but in between pictures they blur out? If thats what you looking for, then its called tweening. U see a tab below the frames? There is a play button, to change loop (Forever/Once), a stop button. There is also a button that has circles overlapping. That is the tween button. Im posting some links for you to understand this better below. Do get back to me via PM if thats not the one you looking for. 😳
