Taking it to be a saved tag, you can re-colorize it by:
Open it.
Make a new layer at the top.
Fill it with the desired color.
Change the blending option to Color.
You're done.

However, it will give only relative effect. For absolute coloring, you need to make it again or you need to have its raw file.
