^^ making siggies like this is simple but time consuming, sometime, all depends on the pictures.
First work on the two pictures in the backgound once down put on them the front pics, delete the backgrounds and with the help of gradient something merge them with the backgound.

You can make this siggy in two ways

First by wirking first on the backgound and keeping it gray
Then on top of it put the other pictures
The red lable on the corner is just a layer which was cut out to get that shape and then the mode was changed probably overlay/softlight but u get a good effect even with the hues mode

Second way is working with clipping mask tool/instrument.
