^ it's natural that you Gif is nto playing. You need to giev a time to the frames.

click on the little arrow on the top right of the timeline bar

click on select all the frames

now click on the little arrow under the first frame, near 0 Sec.

select 0.1 and try.

If you think it's too fast you can change it into 0.20 or 0.12 or 0.15 or any other time set.
