Heyy guys, can any of you tell me how to color a picture or more than one picture in b/w in a colorful picspam? what I am trying to say is that we have seen picspams in which there are some pics are colored and some pics are colored in b/w.So what technique we can use for that to color pic in b/w?

can someone post a tutorial about this and kindly pm me too so I Would know.

P.S. THE BEST EXAMPLE IS THE PICSPAM I AM USING.

I think they are colored individually and then stacked.. u can find picspam templates on tumblr and use them to stack the individual icons... i may be wrong, i don know...

Once you are done stacking your picspam... just select with your rectangle MQ tool and open a new layer... fill the selected area with white then change the layer type to hue... this is the easiest way... rest you can follow what zaaatq said above

I don knw the setting used in the above, but my usual setting is crispy style, clean 0,0,9/edges 2, 1.93, 0.25/texture 0,1,2.. It also helps if u duplicate your first pic and set the duplicate to screen(bright). soft light(dark) and use smart sharpen after using topaz...😳
