Im not exactly a PRO in PS.. But I always stayed on all the tuts and questions thread now and then just to get to know new tuts... So I may not be good, but I try best!!

1) Textures, you can download them from deviantart.com

Once you save them in your desktop, when you are done with your edit, just open the texture, drag over to your edit.. Change setting accordingly, like overlay or lighten, and adjust opacity and use Eraser tool to erase texture fill in some parts, like on the face and you are done..
