I have been on IF for quite some time and maybe at the peak of all the galore coz 2011 was very much a creative phase here...well atleast I think that coz IPKKND CG would be full of so much awesomeness and that was the only place I was acquainted with.
Though I think I have never ever talked to some of these people but they were all an inspiration in the phases of my learning, so here my list:
Aisshhh: I dont remember her exact ID or name but it was something like that and it was the first copyright I saw reoccurring around IPK forum and checked the CG and got to know that people make it all by themselves. There started my journey to hunt down softwares, follow tuts and do all to be that awesome!
Sano di: After the mad phase I became too preoccupied with the show and life, that the zeal to learn died but it was Sano di's work that sparked me back and I started learning PS/PSP vigorously. I used to concentrate only on making stuff exactly like hers , either by learning the correct way or the twisted way of alternatives.
Sakeena: The brazen or bold or what we call color meme in Tumblr. style coloring and editing was her gift to me. I don't know what exactly her ID was but it was something Sakeena and she was just out of this world! Her stuff was just so artistic that I was charged to keep learning.
Savy: Again no idea about her ID but this is what her avis have on them. Funny, tween, montage, meme all types of gifs I think she made and those were big inspiration in learning avi making.
Saher di: I took making signatures seriously by watching her work. It was easily spotted, it wasn't dramatic but the feel was always dream like. And her work never looks mainstream. There's always a newness and that helped me learn to be innovative.
Jenny: JennyPenny these days she is. I think uniqueblue creations was hers? But none the less, she's just a heart stealer!!!!!!! The self quotes are brilliant , the merging is flawless and the coloring is exceptional by her!!!!
Ravjot and Shikha: Im mentioning them together coz their work influenced me into graphic making, IF style. I spotted both their tags here at this forum only and was taken aback that there this talent too!! It just drove me to learn and learn and keeping bettering.
Also I'd like to mention Nidhi(She_wolf) because I just love her work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And these are those nonpareils other than above mentioned with whom I have shared some words:
Manal: FlawlessSarun I believe is her ID now and WOW!!! I think I have never seen such brilliance in editing! The self quotes, coloring, blending, tweaking, its all so very amazing by her that I sometimes just stopped PS-ing coz I knew I wouldn't be as good as her ever!
Faiza: Fizii pi is my IF sister!!!!😆 She's been around for long but I met her during an IPK contest where we worked together and I learned a lot. My colorings on avis in the starting was inspired by hers, my blending style has a lot of her influence and my visual artistry is also somehow quite influenced by her work. So shes just my great Picasso!
Some people who are not too old here but not so new as well:
Shreya: She co-owned a shop with Aarti(aartipartyy) and had lost her old password so made a new acc. Cant remember ID but I remember her as she was the first ever person I talked on IF. That time she was extremely helpful as a forum mate and later when we all started out as PS-ers she was a great counterpart. Her work, her style all are very chic!
Aarti(aartipartyy): Shez just flawless, Nothing less and a lot more! I love her work so much!!!!!
And a special mention to Shruti di(...shruti...) who has helped a lot and literally a lot in avi making and I dont think anyone can ever be as brilliant in this genre as her!.
