Convert to smart filters.
1. Smart sharpen = amt. 500, radius .3 or .4 depending on initial sharpness of your image.
2. Duplicate that layer.
3. Gaussian Blur = radius 1.
4. Duplicate blurred layer. Smart sharpen = amt. 500, radius .2.
5. Adjust the opacity of blurred and sharpened layers to get desired results.
If still unsatisfied, click open the smart filters attached to layers and readjust radii and amounts.
