Some ppl have given tuts for this in the past in this topic. So, you can go bk a find them or if I can give you some steps but it wont be very detailed.
Open up your video and sig in Animation Shop. Make as many copies of you sig as there are frames in your video. Then select all the frames in your video and click copy. Then select all the frames in your sig and press "paste into frame" and paste your video in there. That's it your done!
