preet there is no need to do all the settings by ur own...

just open ur PS-->Go to windows-->actions-->click the small button in the top right side...

Select Load actions

then browse for ur downloaded actions with an extension .atn and select ur action

now u can see ur action in the action panel...whenever u want to use an action go to windows n just click on that action-->then click play button...ur action will be automatically executed...

download a frame in your PC from any site, open t in PS and then drag it on the picture that you want in that frame. I do like this and it works 😃

i did as you explained but it doesn't work automatically i had to do it

but preeth it working for me..don't know why it's not working for u...

if u want to apply an action (.atm files)

open ur pic-->select the layer-->windows-->actions-->select ur action file(here i selected sepia tone which is a default action)-->then press play button...
