Is your PS in timelike form for animated stuff?? Can you give a screen shot in what it looks like when you open a PSD??

At Lazy i got how to use PSDs i was so stupid i was confusing them with the ATM files 😆

but now someone has to tell me how to use propperly the ATM files 😃

I think u r referring abt actions...

actions r mainly used when we have to apply the same step so many times..I mostly used actions in GIF's..it's like subroutines in programming...we already saved the steps in an action file and executing it whenever required...it got executed like batchprocessing...

for eg...u want to sharpen ur gif..(in CS6 u can sharpen it at once using timeline option)...but in CS5 action can do this job for u...

to create an action for a gif have 30 frames...

open ur PS-->go to windows-->actions-->click create new actions-->u can give an action name n u can also assign a functional key like f1,f2 etc to the easy use of action later...

then u can click start--->the actions will start record all the steps that u gonna do it after clicking it...>u can select ur first frame->go to filter-->smart sharpen-->set ur settings-->repeat teh same steps for all the 30 frames

when u r finished with all the frames-->press stop in action panel..now ur action is saved

and to use ur action open ur gif that u want to sharpen...>click ur first frame and the first layer-->go to windows->actions-->select the action u saved earlier-->click it-->and press play button-->u can see ur gif got sharpened..and this action is for 30 frames..so it'll be work for only 30 frames,,,

or u had save ur action with any functional key (f1,f2 etc)...just select the first frame n first layer in ur gif and tehn press that functional key..it'll execute teh action automatically..no need to go to windows and paly ur action..

@ Sana: i have downloaded some actions but i need to apply them by myself, i mean i had to do the sitting, i was wishing that maybe they can do all by their own once i hit the play button

Thank you so much 😊 but when I open any gif (that I saved in my laptop from tumblr) in PS, It opens as a picture! :(

Do I have to make my own gifs? How do we make one? I'm kinda confused. 😕😕
