help needed..

basically i know nothing except picassa colagges and foto flexer little work..

i really have no idea how people make those edits but i would love 2 know..

can somebody give me link of the website where i can edit photos like the ones in my signature for free..
cos i really dont think it is worth buying PS..

and please..
with that can u give me a tutorial about how 2 use that specific site..

i want 2 make edits like the one in my siggie..
