This is how we do it.
Make a complete sig..now open which even texture you want..bring the texture to your sig by dragging itsee the blend mode? there you can find lighten, screen and all.. this texture looks good in lighten so i am using this but you can chose screen too.see it is like this now.. you can leave it this way too... but i find it little dark now so I'll edit out a few partsI chose eraser and kept the setting as above.. and rub few parts..its like this now..final result..
