Can sum1 provide me with striped and chequered black textures...like the ones used a lot today...it will be great help! sumthing like this:

Also can any1 tell how 2 make this white glow around text...i tried with glow effect but didnt come out like this

the second one is the motion blur effect

so first duplicate the text layer and then

Filter>>Blur>>motion blur
